Many flights were cancelled at the same time due to a big thunderstorm and people were stranded - it was pretty dramatic. We called more than 10 hotels only to be told that they were all full. This hotel was a godsend. Booking com allowed us to reserve a room at 2am for the day before and then we jumped in a taxi to go to the hotel. The front desk staff was amazing!!! Seeing how lovely the room was after such an ordeal felt like a miracle. Good water pressure in the shower, too.

United KingdomI love this hotel, it is very welcoming, nice design as per photos, recently renovated and impeccable clean. A very safe place as well as I was travelling by myself and had not to worry about my safety.
The water pressure in the shower is super with hot water as you please.
The breakfast is very nice with a decent selection of food and drinks in the morning. There are convenient stores close by where you can shop more food or drinks.
The location is also good, has access to Metro and RER from which you can get to Gare Du Nord after few stops. For some people might feel that is too away from the city as will take you 30 to 45min to travel to central locations however I find it better, as the area is very quiet and excelent to get some rest after a long day around Paris.
The staff is also very friendly and helpful, always welcoming with a smile.
Also, the deposit has been received the moment I checked out which made the full process quicker and pleasant leaving without worries.
This was my second stay here and I’ll definitely be back.

The food was delicious. Breakfast buffet was plentiful! The service friendly. It was only a five minute walk to Saint-Ouen antiques Market. I highly recommend this hotel.

We loved the friendly environment where the hotel is situated. It was peaceful after busy Paris.
The apartment was completely quiet, very clean and well appointed.
The staff were beautiful and very helpful.
We would stay again and will definitely recommend to friends and family.

I had a truly fantastic stay at this hotel in France.
I had a truly fantastic stay at this hotel in France. Everything was perfect – from the comfortable and clean rooms to the peaceful atmosphere. What made the experience even more special was the incredible hospitality of the owner. They were extremely helpful and supportive throughout my stay, going above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. I truly felt welcomed and cared for. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area – it was an unforgettable experience!

Saint-Ouen is a great location for visiting Paris.
Saint-Ouen is a great location for visiting Paris. The line 14 takes you straight to the center of Paris, and it's a direct line to Orly airport. The area is very safe for families. The Communal is a great destination for eating out with everything from pizza and burgers to Korean and African cuisine

Pantin isn't a beautiful place but clean and quite safe. Lots of choice regarding food. However, to see Paris you have to use the metro and it takes from 20-30 minutes to reach the main attractions. This wasn't a problem as there was a metro every 3 minutes. Overall good.

My stay at this hotel was a complete disaster and the worst experience of my life.
The room was dirty, poorly maintained, and honestly felt scary and unsafe. There was constant noise from construction, making it impossible to rest.
The owner was rude and unpleasant, showing no respect or care for guests.
Overall, this place is uncomfortable and unwelcoming, I definitely do not recommend it.
You can easily find something much better for the same price. Avoid at all costs!

It was relatively easy to get to the city from this hotel, so we were happy with it. The metro was only about a 10-minute walk from the hotel. The area wasn't the best, but we didn't stay there during the day. We went to the city centre in the morning and came back only in the evening, so it didn't bother us too much.

The apartment is clean, well equipped and convenient for Metro Line 3, a large supermarket and local bistros. There is also a scattering of take away vans near the station that look well used by the locals. One in particular - based around a London bus - appears to have a large screen where many gather to watch football (soccer).
We used this as a base for exploring Paris, rather than visiting Bagnolet, but could see plenty of places in the area where we would have liked to spend time had we not been trying to cram so much of central Paris into our stay. Père Lachaise cemetery is only 3 stops away, for those who would like to pay their respects to the likes of Jim Morrison, Oscar Wilde and Edith Piav.
Metro Line 3 offers a convenient gateway to Paris, as well as an easy route to Gare du Nord and the Eurostar, or train link to CDG. Gare du Nord has a luggage drop facility that allows you to leave your bags to let you squeeze every last moment of your final hours in this amazing city, unencumbered by luggage.

It's a very green and beautiful place, very close to nature with lots of fresh air. Your walking in the area and even looking out from your window, you will find singing birds, rabbits running around, multiple kind of plants, trees and flowers giving your heart and soul a refreshing, pleasant and joyful feel. Quite and calm area as no much traffic. I like all the area and this is the best place if you want to relax and to be away from city life. It's all connected with all kinds of transports. It's also close to CDG airport.

A renovation is needed and banning of smoking in the corridors. The location is not well connected to the city centre so you need to add taxi transportation too in your expenses. It was a disproportionate value for money.

Good public transport network to Central Paris.
The area outside the campus grounds is rundown and seems to be quite an impoverished area.
There are a number of homeless people around the area who keep to themselves and were not actively seeking out people passing through.
The area as a whole looks rather unsafe but we as 2 seasoned female travellers did not feel unsafe around the locals.

This is a lovely Paris suburb, peaceful and quiet.
This is a lovely Paris suburb, peaceful and quiet. And it's really versatile and with its unpredictably changing look, it definitely attracts people who like variety.
There are many beautiful streets to walk and sights to see, including the old cemetery (ancien cimétière) of Rosny-sous-Bois. There's also a range of places to eat out in the area, including Turkish, Indian, and Brazilian cuisine and seafood. I really enjoyed dining at the Turkish place (I went there at least twice) located some 200 yards away from the Coteaux Beauclair subway station, in front of the Domus shopping mall.
And, the best shopping center in the neighbourhood must be the Westfield mall, which is just within a few minutes' walk from the nearest metro.
