I loved staying in such a historical place and sadly I was not able to explore the grounds that much as it was raining a bit. The room service was amazing and the breakfast options are superb. I was also struggling to book some taxis for some events I would have and I asked the staff before my check in and in less than 1 hour I received the confirmation of the rides and they were super on time.

Lovely little B&B. Perfect for our first night in Scotland. Decent parking, keyless entry, and restaurant right there. It was absolutely perfect. The bed and pillows were super comfortable, and our little guy loved his little cot. Cold breakfast items were already provided in the room for us upon arrival for the next morning. All in all, a great stay! Thank you! 💕

I loved how welcoming and warm it was! Staff went above and beyond. Me and my mum stayed here for a family wedding. We arrived early and they had our room ready as fast as they could! We went to dollys tearooms to wait and one of the staff were so welcoming, especially a worker called Brain! As I said he went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect! They had refreshments in room, such a nice touch! Everything was clean tidy and absolutely beautiful decor! If I was coming to Edinburgh again I would defs rebook to stay here. A beautiful relaxing vibe!!

Stable Cottage provided us with a truly delightful and relaxing stay. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the generous size of the cottage, offering ample space to unwind and feel at home. Comfort was clearly a priority, and we found the cottage to be exceptionally well-equipped and furnished. One of the standout features was the lovely garden, a true haven of tranquility. It proved to be an excellent addition, especially for those traveling with a dog, offering plenty of space to roam and enjoy the outdoors. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and informative, making us feel instantly at ease. Their helpfulness and attention to detail greatly enhanced our experience. They were readily available to answer any questions and provided valuable local recommendations.
