Amazing stay! My best experience in the region so far! When they learned that my suitcase did not come with me, they upgraded me to the Kentia suite. Wonderful suite! I was given a phone with local calls and the staff was organizing my moves around town, calling me drivers to and from wherever I was going. I highly recommend this place. As for the staff, from the Directrice to the gate keeper, everyone was warm and welcoming besides being professional!!

Exceeded expectation! I stayed here for two nights during a work trip and was delighted by the helpful, polite, and efficient staff, wonderful room with an ocean view, good location and delicious breakfast. Happy surprises were that my room was upgraded for free to an ocean view and the bed was one of the most comfortable in which I have slept -- really exceptional! Breakfast was included with the price of the room and featured delicious fresh tropical fruit and good coffee with hot milk, which felt like a luxury! There is also a kettle in the room with tea and coffee, as well as free toiletries including toothbrush, toothpaste, comb, and other items that were all a welcome sight to tired eyes after a long flight! The hotel is in walking distance (20 minutes) to the cathedral, a beautiful neo-Gothic building designed and built by Germans over a century ago and recently restored -- the loveliest building in Togo! The hotel location is also convenient to restaurants on the beach, city transportation, and several Champion supermarkets. I will gladly stay here again and thank the staff for a wonderful stay!

The rooms division manager Mrs. Esperance. She was very cooperative, always available for help, and represents an effective leader. Most of the reception and restoration staff. Organized and very clean facility. The location is great.
