The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the pool was nice and clean. Very good breakfast. We needed to store our food in fridge and they agreed to store it for us. Also gave us very nice recommendations for restaurants.

The owners are so polite and friendly and they provide a breakfast with delicious local products. The breakfast room is so cozy and warm. The elegance and the taste are in every place of this hotel, in every small detail. The rooms are luxurious resoecting the tradition and offer a great relaxing place for an unforgettable stay. The owners had taken care of every small detail. In greek there is a word describing the love and the passion you put in something you really love. The word is "meraki". And this is definitely what the owners have for their property. An excellent stay in one of the most beautiful places in Greece, the town of Kastoria!

- The owners and the staff were really welcoming and friendly. - The hotel was small, no more than 10 visitor rooms if I remember correctly, so it was pretty quiet, and all the interactions were more personalized and authentic. - The recommendations we received on what to visit were spot on and made our trip even more beautiful. - They even went out of their way and assisted me in planning a special reservation for our anniversary night and cooked a different breakfast the next morning since my girlfriend is lactose intolerant. First off my trip to Kastoria was an amazing experience,Staying w these awesome people at the hotel was great. location wise everything was at your feet. We were given a beautiful corner room facing the park which had a partial view of the lake. We were greated by the owner upon arrival and he showed us everything as to were to go and things to do. Breakfast was great . Rooms were clean and comfortable! Greetings from the Canadian rockies!!!
