The property is incredible and location is amazing (an adventure to get to) but near the exceptional Kolona Beach. The owners are so welcoming especially Maria, she picked us up from the Port herself. And George took care of all our needs at the Hotel.

Yfes translates to "textures". This luxury hotel lives up to it's name! Sitting above this beautiful deep blue Agean bay, away from the hustle and bustle, it provides a wonderfully relaxing getaway. The white, smooth walls of the building contrasts boldly against the carved-out cliffs where they are perched.  The comfy deck cushions sit aside the picturesque infinity pool. We enjoyed 4 nights here during their first week in operation. The staff are very pleasant and the small restaurant/bar has delicious Greek food.   If we ever return to Kythnos,  we will be glad to stay here again.

Amazing seaview, unbelievable sunset view, tasty breakfast with daily variability. The room was insanely cute and pretty. There were facilities and cutlery to cook if needed. The couple, Christina and Nikos, were very, very friendly, kind, and helpful. Something that I miss in switzerland... it is such a beautiful place that i thought of doing my wedding there. Just lovely. In Agios Dimitrios next to the property, there is a great restaurant "Akrogiali" which will serve you well if you don't want to deal with cooking.

The room was a bit small, yet very comfortable and cozy. The staff was very polite and eager to help at whatever we possibly needed. Upon our arrival on the island, we had a technical problem with our car and their help was quite prompt, indicating us car mechanics that could possibly look into it. Furthermore, we were given the option of an early check-in (way before 15:00), as the room was already prepared! Breakfast served to the guest rooms was also unusual-original, in a good way, though!

Lovely location just a short walk away from the port. Spotless clean, comfortable apartments with cutest balconies. Yannis (The owner) is very kind and helpful, it has been a pleasure to stay in his place. A lovely bakery, supermarkets and some great restaurants are all around building. We will certainly be back.

The owner was very polite and helpful. The place was clean, good size room, easy to find it. It was very easy to find parking in the area. Also has lots of restaurants and very safe for families with children and the beach was good.

This is a perfect hotel in Kythnos. Staff super friendly.... Amazing interior decoration, so light and modern. Also Loutra is in my opinion the best place to stay in Kythnos. 100% recommend this hotel.

Was disappointed with Arapis restaurant.

Was disappointed with Arapis restaurant. Trip advisor reviews were good but my dinner of chicken and rice seemed like uncle Ben’s rice and overcooked frozen chicken. Had fantastic ice cream tho at the Maistrali and lunch at the Veggaria. Such a lovely lady there.

Very beautiful island, nearby to Piraeus and Lavrio ports (approx. 3hrs from Piraeus and 1 1/2 hours from Lavrio). Great food, friendly people, can satisfy almost everyone, either looking for peace, restaurants, bars and some nightlife.

Episkopi is one very nice sandy beach, close to Merichas (Kythnos' main port), with a very nice beach bar (Puntaki) with great music and polite service and sunbeds with ombrellas. You can also do water sports (kayak available to rent on site).

We had a wonderful time at this property.

We had a wonderful time at this property. The location of the house is just perfect — peaceful, calm, and with absolutely stunning views. The house is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Christos was incredibly kind and welcoming; he really stood out as a host. The highlights of our stay were definitely the location, the comfort of the house, and the overall tranquility. Highly recommended! I didn't like that Booking didn't warn that there was a state tourist tax supplement, that it had to be paid on the spot, and that there was no prior notice.

Kithnos is relatively underdeveloped for tourism.

Kithnos is relatively underdeveloped for tourism. Sure, there's all the usual tourist traps and gift shops ... but around that is a lot of geniune Greek island culture you can get into easily. Some lovely beaches! Be aware that attractions aren't well signposted and google maps aren't THAT accurate! We will return!
