Our recent stay at Parea Blue Zone in Paros was a delightful experience in every sense. Nestled in a pristine location, this new hotel really impressed us with its modern design, cleanliness, focus on detail, and calming energy. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the stunning views of Parikia (just a 5 minute drive down to the center) and the surrounding area. Waking up to the beautiful views was a highlight of our stay and offered such a serene start to each day. Breakfast overlooking the infinity pool and the island could not have been more picturesque. Moreover, the sunsets were simply breathtaking, making evenings at the hotel truly memorable. The rooms were not only stylish but also comfortable and equipped with all the amenities we needed. What made our stay even more exceptional was the friendly and accommodating staff. Eleutheria, Athan, Dionysia, and Kostas (we cannot thank you enough!) were attentive to every detail and made us feel genuinely welcomed throughout our visit. They helped with all of our questions, and their hospitality added an extra layer of comfort to our stay, making us feel just at home. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Parea Blue Zone and cannot wait for an opportunity to return. Whether you're seeking a peaceful retreat or exploring Paros for its natural beauty, this hotel offers a perfect blend of modern comfort and stunning surroundings. As Greeks, we have visited this island many times. We were afraid to book during Easter time because most of the accommodations are gross. Accidentally I booked Asteras and I was amazed by the facilities and all the things they provide. Also, Eftychia was so kind and answered every single detail we wanted to ask anytime. Also the cleaning lady was amazing. In the center of Naiusa, it is very rare to find BRAND NEW apartments and at this price. worth every euro!!!!!

I love the aesthetics of the hotel. It was also well located so we could walk from the port and to beaches and restaurants around Paroikia. We also walked to/from Cabana beach club from the hotel. Staff were very helpful.

The Jewel of the Aegean

Known for its fine white marble used in many ancient sculptures, the beautiful island of Paros is a popular tourist destination with golden sandy beaches, charming fishing villages and archaeological sites.

White houses, blue sky and picturesque alleys characterise Parikia, the capital of Paros. Guests staying there can enjoy lively nightlife, excellent accommodation and fine local food. Built during the 4th century by St. Helen or Constantine the Great, the imposing church of Ekatontapyliani (the Church of 100 Doors) is the oldest in Greece.  

Located in the north-eastern corner of the island, the small town of Naousa is an ideal place to savour fresh fish and admire the authentic old fisherman’s houses. The nearby beach of Kolimbithres is very impressive thanks to its small sandy coves and transparent, blue waters.

I stayed in this hotel for 3 days and I am really impressed and positively surprised. Unfortunately, I cannot understand all the negative reviews. You are given a very warm welcome by the receptionist Anastasia and everything is explained and shown to you. I had a room with a direct sea view and it was just wonderful to wake up in the morning and look directly at the water. The room was good and very clean. The breakfast is very good and extensive, there is something for every taste, whether sweet or salty. The restaurant in the hotel is really delicious and highly recommended. The staff in the restaurant are very friendly, helpful and accommodating. I also had the honor of meeting the owner of the hotel in person. A really impressive man, as he built the whole hotel from the ground up. All in all, I had really nice 3 days in this hotel and will definitely be back soon.

A very special mention to Argy who was extremely helpful, welcoming and professional. At the Breakfast, let me congratulate you for the excellent buffet, the very attentive staff, polite, welcoming and helpful. At the Bar again congratulations for the Team and their manager in charge, they treated us with utmost kindness. Being myself a hotel owner in France, and a world traveller, I can tell you that your property and its Staff has nothing to envy to any other 5 star hotel in the world. I will be spending my summers in my house in Nousa now under construction, but I will certainly come again and recommend you to my visitors. We spontaneously rented a car, to see more of the island and...

We spontaneously rented a car, to see more of the island and also were able to visit Antiparos. At the end of October many restaurants and places on the island were closed already. But on the other hand that meant: less tourist, more relaxing experience.

We loved spending 6 nights in Paros. We rented a car. It was stick shift. A tad scary for me. But it was doable. Paros has great beach clubs. My daughters booked horse riding one day and then walked to the nearby town. After we met at a great beach club, we had lots of great dinners and sunsets. Fabulous shops. We drove to Leifros one day. We like Paros best. Taxis were outside the hotel. Also there was a transport office two doors up that arranged rides to beach club for us and picked us up. Our water sports boat trip was cancelled bc of weather but we went to beach clubs,

Too many pros to this place to list, here are the highlights: - parking for a car, rental recommended to tour around Paros and Antiparos - wifi and a tv for casual lounging when you need recovery - great hot tuband shower for relaxation and cleanliness - gorgeous view from front terrace while you sip coffee. Really makes a good place to stay and act as a launching zone for all your activities. Does not have a washer, but there are laundromats in town, and this should not deter you fron staying here.

Breakfast and staff are superb. Easy to get to restaurants at Pounta and only 7min to Alyki. Easy to get to Paroikia and to beaches near Noussa. Watching sunsets with Antiparos in view too is magnificent! Only 3min from Pounta ferry to cross to Antiparos. 35min with Paroikia traffic to get to Noussa beaches. Would recommend the area for sunsets and access to many beaches

A peaceful perfect place.

A peaceful perfect place. Great beaches (3) all within a few minutes walk of the wonderful quaint fishing port that has several excellent restaurants and bars. A quite low-key, slightly old-fashioned, but classy, small resort. Perfect, safe, clean and friendly for couples and families. Typically Greek and wonderful.

The town is really nice.

The town is really nice. It has a little of everything you would need for a getaway on a Greek island. The grocery store is nearby, public transit terminal is located here so access to the rest of the island is possible and easy. There are a number of little restaurants, cafes and shops you can look through and enjoy. I wish we had more time to spend and walk through the town but the time we spent was great. There is a small park by the bus stop if you have kids and want to entertain them for a bit. The beaches are nice as well and you have a choice to stay put or explore the area.

A beautiful location. 4 main restaurants by the marina plus a Japanese restaurant. We tried them all. and all were great. The couple of cafes there were great too for breakfast and lunch. Also for drinks. Remezzo even did Sangria which i couldn't find anywhere else! We walked down to cactus beach and had a sun lounger which was quite expensive 50 Euros. We had lunch at Cactus and that was great. Near cactus on the hill is a restaurant called Mango, please visit everything is freshly made even the ice cream. We stayed in an apartment which didn't have a pool so for one night i booked the San Antonio hotel which the lovely manager let me use the loungers for both days.

Kostos is smack bang in the middle of Paros allowing you to visit all four corners quite easily. Kostos village has 2 x coffee shops and 1 x taverna with a regular bus timetable to take you into the Port and other parts of the island. At night it is peaceful and quiet with an opportunity to star gaze and if lucky, see a shooting star and making a wish. Would recommend stating in Kostos when visiting Paros.

I was very disappointed with the state of the beaches.

I was very disappointed with the state of the beaches. No obvious signs of them being cleaned, did see the bin bags being changed on the beach. But was very shocked to see micro evidence being washed up on to the beach from the sea. Very worrying.

Naousa is a truly gorgeous part of the world.

Naousa is a truly gorgeous part of the world. It caters for absolutely everyone…..food, shopping, beaches, fun, relaxation and lots of great people to meet. Visit the magnificent beaches that can be found all over Paros. Antiparos is a must. Take a drive around the island to discover its hidden secrets. Best thing to do….a boat trip with Michael Zeppos Tours. It was one of the best things I’ve ever done on my world travels over many decades.
