I went with my two daughter for a weekend to celebrate one of my daughters’ birthday . The hotel staff upgrade us to the amazing suit. All staff was very helpful . We had a fantastic time . Location is great to explore the city.

I had a fantastic stay! The room was very comfortable and well-maintained, providing a relaxing atmosphere. Breakfast was great with plenty of delicious options to start the day. The location was perfect for exploring the city center, with a short walk to the M3 metro line, making it easy to get around. The parking, though charged at 22€ per day, was conveniently located in the hotel’s garage, which was a big plus. They even allowed a slightly earlier check-in, which was very helpful. Overall, I had an amazing experience and would absolutely stay here again when I return to Budapest. Highly recommended! 10/10!

Breakfast was just too good. Lounge area is spacious and comfortable to sit in. Employee at reception are humble and helpful. Good thing is that after checkout as well, they keep your luggage in locker. Would like to stay hear again. Highly recommend.

We got excellent service. We were celebrating our engagement and got a surprise in the room for free. We were also given a different room because in our first room there was too hot. The second room was perfect. The breakfast was also very good. Overall we had a great experience and also felt accepted as a lesbian couple.

Okay we’ll there’s so much to say… we stayed at another much pricier hotel the day before and this beat it hands down… mostly down to Odi and his service… he really really went above and beyond here…kept in contact regularly to make sure he was doing all he could… he got us a very early check in… found out we were waiting at a cafe half way to hotel from our last one and came to get us hours early to walk us to a hotel…. Saw I was with a Kane and not the healthiest of people and immediately got us in a taxi to the apartment AND paid for the taxi…he knew this was all a supprime for my wife so kept all the secrets and even sang happy birthday with us about 6 times for every little moment she liked… he gave a tour with more singing jokes and happiness that made our stay … he got everything perfect… he organized and PAID for all travel we did and taxis (to the point sometimes we did not say we went anywhere just because he did so much nice stuff already) he found like 8 rooftop bars for us telling us his favorite aspects of each one…. He was constantly always polite and happy and helpful…the apartment was amazing and the pics speak for themselves …great location jacuzzi balcony comfy bed everything….but he made the stay luxurious….I’m sure I’ve forgotten something here as I’m writing this as quick as possible so he knows he was greatly appreciated and we haven’t forgotten his service… most pictures of awesomeness are on my partners phone so I’ll have to make do with pics on mine but amazing stay and place but more amazing customer service….the only problem is they haven’t made a statue of Odi outside the fancy classy apartments to commemorate his making your stay perfect…literally perfect ….oh and side note there’s and awesome massage place just behind the building too so you don’t have to walk far back to room after your turned to comfy jelly…but yeah AWSOME stay and build a statue of Odi in or near the apartments …if you go Budapest rich hotels are gd But this wins

I arrived at the Hotel in the afternoon, and since the moment i step in, i felt welcomed. Immediately i received my keys and all the informations about the structure, plus a recommendation on a restaurant, that i tried the next day, that was simply amazing. During my stay, i needed help, and the staff immediately took care. I would like to add also, that during the breakfast i felt like at home, all the faciity was clean and neet, the sauna in my chalet was perfect. for the first time in months, i slept 8 hours in a row, if you want to find peace, this is the right place. Also connection wifi was perfect even outside the chalets. I Really enjoyed my stay, the service was simply one of the best i had. Looking forward to book again in this structure 😍😍🤩🤩

Everything is very clean. There is content for all ages, from small children's pools and slides, through the bigger slides for kids and teens, and for older people. There are two more quiet SPA areas with different saunas. Staff is friendly and helpful, and they make the whole aquaworld safe. You can pay for everything in the hotel area with the room key, making it very easy to use. The food is extraordinary, and the staff is helpful that even on crowdy days you get served and you feel welcome and relaxed.

Christmas markets are a rip off, dont eat or drink there. Buda castle is a building site with lots of buildings covered over. Houses of parliment have to be booked in advance. Very crowded everywhere.

I love Budapest from the first time a stepped foot in it.

I love Budapest from the first time a stepped foot in it. A beautiful city with so much to offer visitors of all kind. From the architecture, street facades, buildings, cafes, restaurants, markets and shops, Ruin bars, thermal spas, historical builds, parliament building.... the list goes on, and of course the life and soul of the City the Danube River. What more can you ask for?. the citizen's of Budapest are so friendly and welcoming. I will continue to recommend Budapest as a holiday destination - outstanding.
