The staff was very kind they went great lengths to help us in our every request. The hotel is brand new and really stylish. A great plus in Asia that gluten free breakfast was available. Please note that the breakfast is not buffet style, but you can choose from 10+ varieties, the portions are huge and they even bring it to your room.

The hotel was amazing! Everything was clean and really beautiful. The best thing about the hotel was the staff. It was so sweet and helpful and did not only helped with organizational things but always made sure that you are satisfied. The shuttle service of the hotel was also a very nice add on, which made the stay even better. The breakfast was also really good and you could choose out of three options. We would always come back here!!!

The location was excellent as it is close to Monkey Forest road, therefore I could walk to all the nearby restaurants and coffee shops. If you would like, you can also walk to the forests and rice fields. The hotel is very new, and furniture is very upper class. The pool area is wonderful and secluded, and you feel as though you are in an enchanted forest. The staff were excellent, professional, friendly and very helpful. The breakfast is basic, but sufficient. If you are afraid of gecko's, its best to ask for a room on the higher floors. The bathrooms and the apartment was spacious, and had a lovely nature atmosphere to it.

An Island Dream

The resort is exceptional. Be prepared for a fair drive from the airport....but it's absolutely worth every second. The rooms are incredible, the views are to die for, and the service that all the staff provide really makes this a fantastic place to stay for a few days...we were there for 6 nights in total and we wished we were staying for longer. The photos of the hotel make it look incredible, but it's even better when you actually experience it.

Staff were fabulous. Location exactly what we wanted, quiet and very relaxing. The staff were very attentive to our every needs, and went above and beyond. We would stay here again for sure. Pleasant, many restaurants to please anyone. Cultural experiences within walking distance. Safe and friendly. Dining in restaurants includes a service tax and government tax on top of the menu item prices. For a family, head to the Coco supermarket, central to Ubud (tesco/Coles equivalent).

The last time I was in Kuta was 6 years ago and I did notice some changes. The beach is not as nice as it used to be. I was looking to shop so this was not a problem. I think that Kuta offers the best shopping.

Seminyak is a typical Bali tourist location, full of the usual tourist traps but with plenty of dining and shopping options. La Lucciola and the Happy Chappy Chinese Restaurant are a must whenever we visit. Seminyak is also a short drive from the airport. In general, it is a good location for a family holiday, although perhaps not for those with smaller children.

Interesting very surf orientated town. Road planning unfortunately very bad. Very difficult to get around. Good restaurants, night spots, retail outlets. Mighty beach. Good Aston pool upstairs. Colourful and vibrant, lots of energy.

Uluwatu is beautiful, all the beaches and modern restaurants, bars and cafe's lean more towards the coastal side, it's very easy to get around here with lots of Grab/GoJek bikes and cars driving around often, never waited more than 4 minutes for a ride. Walking around would be easy too, the sidewalks aren't too difficult however the humps and hills of the roads are definitely a workout in the hot sun. Lots of construction in Uluwatu, the streets are noisy, lots of trucks and drilling everywhere.

Kopi Kiosk was a 5minute walk away down Jasmin Gang/lane. Hardies supermarket was next door to the Kiosk for grocery supplies and souvenirs and clothing. I always recommend Sanur to people heading to Bali for a first trip or tenth trip.

I love Legian , Have been going reguarly for last few years , I wish the locals took more pride in the city though , always rubbish everywhere sadly . but beautiful people and great service at most bars and restaurants

Nusa Dua is perfect for a relaxing beach holiday. It does lack the vibrancy and hustle and bustle of other spots in Bali but as an older couple who just needed to wind down after a busy year, it was petfect.

Nusa Penida is a wild island, there are stunning views and beaches. It is not easy to wonder around. Roads are bad and it is not the best if you are not an expert with the scouter, in that case you will need to use the local drivers. I suggest Crystal Bay, and Klingking Beach (for sure). If you got to do the snorkeling with the Manta Rays go early, later it is really crowded. Consider that it takes long time to go in the main point of interests.

The beach was very disappointing, we were there in August...

The beach was very disappointing, we were there in August 2023 and I don't remember the beach being so dirty with rubbish as it was this week. The amount of litter was out of control - definitely will only be a 1 night stay close to airport from now on.
