The installations are wonderful! Close to the city center (and with free transport almost anywhere) but not so close that its noisy. The rooms are beautiful and super clean. I must say though that the best thing of this hotel is the staff! They are the friendliest and nicest people we have ever met. Loved sll of them!! Always with a smile

Special mentions to Chef Dedi, Chef Oka and lovely server Esti for taking exceptional care of us at Rocka; manager Tubo for going the extra mile for my wife and I and for gifting the homemade chili ketchup; concierge manager Bayu for always helping us with pretty much everything we needed; chef Ary for his patience and calm during our cooking class; and staff Dekca for always having a smile on his face while driving us around the resort in his buggy. If you ever go to Six Senses Uluwatu, you will be well taken care of by staff who really care and make you feel comfortable and tended to at all times. Bonus if you find the people mentioned above! The hotel - Family Paradise - is really compact so kids can safely roam around and between the zones. The rooms are recently renovated hence feel fresh. Pretty decent kids club with a few gaming stations, projector, and other activities such as boxing ring, table pool, basketball. There’s also a labyrinth and some sort of indoor playground for younger ones; we didn’t check it as our 8 yo was more interested in the other part. Pool with a slide and a small water park in another pool. Housekeeping is very good. Many restaurants along the street, with one of them being the best I’ve visited on the island. (Not affiliated with the hotel). Also supermarkets, laundries, money exchange, and everything you might need while on vacation.

Very beautiful place at the cliff. They have several swimming pool and including infinity pool. They also have private beach which is quite impressive. Stuff are very helpful and kind. Uluwatu is beautiful, all the beaches and modern restaurants...

Uluwatu is beautiful, all the beaches and modern restaurants, bars and cafe's lean more towards the coastal side, it's very easy to get around here with lots of Grab/GoJek bikes and cars driving around often, never waited more than 4 minutes for a ride. Walking around would be easy too, the sidewalks aren't too difficult however the humps and hills of the roads are definitely a workout in the hot sun. Lots of construction in Uluwatu, the streets are noisy, lots of trucks and drilling everywhere.

Nusa Dua is perfect for a relaxing beach holiday. It does lack the vibrancy and hustle and bustle of other spots in Bali but as an older couple who just needed to wind down after a busy year, it was petfect.

The beach was very disappointing, we were there in August 2023 and I don't remember the beach being so dirty with rubbish as it was this week. The amount of litter was out of control - definitely will only be a 1 night stay close to airport from now on.

I recommend taking the shortcut on foot from the accommodation – turn left onto the main road, then immediately left again down a narrow alley. This will take you straight to the cafés, restaurants, shops, and spas. Be sure to visit Kelly's Warung at Bingin Beach, try a Pilates class at Fondue Studio, and enjoy dinner at Casa Asia.

Fantastic culture, some great places to go in the middle, and North of the Island. I spent a week in Ubud, then a week on the South coast. I could have spent 2 weeks in Ubud, and based most of my travels from there. Beaches in the South are something else, great surf, etc. Things to note which you may not expect. Traffic is mental. Most roads are bad, poorly surfaced, narrow and congested. Most people get around by scooter, which is fine, but be prepared for the fumes if you're doing more than a pop-to-the-shops on one. And the endless 'sell'. I was taking my own picture at a restaurant and was told I would have to pay for it (Rice Terraces) They aren't all like that, don't get me wrong, but they will push it. Fun can be had with haggling, Rule of thumb, offer half their asking price, then work back from there. Be prepared to be followed down the street if you don't buy it. Food is amazing. Try the local dishes, so much better than the same dishes back home. And why would you fly half way round the world to have fish & chips in a different country? And, getting there. Get your visa before going, they have 40-ish automated passport gates, which you can use if you have a digital passport. Use the Gojek App for taxi, or even food and other things whilst you're there (Like Uber).

Great place. Lots of excellent restaurants and beautiful beaches nearby. My favourite was Nyang Nyang Beach which is easy to reach. It's a sandy beach with great waves for surfing. Swimming is a bit more tricky as the bottom is rocky and the currents can be a bit challenging. There is a bar for refreshment and the beach is spacious and doesn't feel crowded. Uluwatu attracts lots of surfers and that's a bit the vibe that you get here.

this was my first trip to Bali, and it is not really my sort of holiday - I prefer to move around more rather than stay in the one place. If a 'fly and flop' holiday is your thing - this is a good place to do it

Not quite sure if i would go back to Jimbaran.

Not quite sure if i would go back to Jimbaran. Beach, as with lots in Bali, not well looked after. The quieter end of Bali. Made Bague restaurant the best of the seafood restaurants in my opinion.

Lots of cafes/restaurants in the area plus boutiques. Cashew tree cafe is amazing! Plus Seed cafe which also has a market attached to it. Handy to have a moped to get around but take care if you do.
