Beautiful hotel, perfect location for exploring the glacier etc. The outdoor spas are fantastic, relaxing in such breathtaking surrounds is magic. The staff are warm and so approachable, nothing was a problem for them. We enjoyed a lovely meal at the restaurant and a hottub soak under the stars. Thankyou to all the staff and Benny (with his log for a stick) for a great stay, we will be back.

The room was beautiful, it felt like we were in a very nice cabin, the view outside felt very serene. The reception had the option to call for an aurora wake up call if visible that night. The breakfast was spectacular!

The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were very spacious, comfortable, and clean. And breakfast was plentiful! Also, great location and just a beautiful spot overall.

Hotel is very easy to find as it's positioned just to the main road. Room was very spacious (biggest one we had on the whole trip) and breakfast was very nice.

The amazing location of Hotel Skaftafell provides guests with stunning views of Iceland's highest mountain, Hvannadalshnjukur and the largest glacier in Europe, Vatnajökull.

The place is really nice. The staff is welcoming, the size of the room good and the beds were really comfy. It was clean and quiet. There is nearly no light outside exept the hotel so we could watch the stars ans sky lights easily ! Thank you very much !
