We had a lovely stay. The rooms are nice, and we loved the bath robes, slippers, flip flops, and the local toiletries provided in the room. The spa is also really nice, but be aware that you need to book spa time beforehand. It was not a problem for us, but I imagine it might be difficult to get spa time in the winter peak season.

A Hidden Gem Near Madonna di Campiglio We had an incredible 5-day skiing trip while staying at Hotel Ristorante Genzianella, and it was absolutely amazing! The hotel is located in a peaceful, quiet area with nothing much around, which was perfect for relaxation and unwinding. Every day, we drove to the Grostè parking lot, just 3 minutes away by car, to access the ski lifts. Although there is a ski bus available, the timetable wasn’t very convenient for us, so driving was a better option. The all-day parking fee was just €6, which was very reasonable. The service at the hotel was outstanding! The staff were incredibly friendly, always helpful, and gave great advice whenever we needed it. A special mention goes to the fantastic restaurant – a true highlight of our stay! The young chef is exceptionally talented, and every single dish we tried was absolutely delicious – “hats off” to him! The waiter, who speaks excellent English, and the lovely bartender were also amazing. Breakfast was included in the room rate, and while it was tasty, it wasn’t exactly what we’re used to in Poland. Most of the options were sweet pastries, but we understand that breakfast in Italy tends to be different. There were always small rolls, one type of ham, and cheese, and you could also make a toast. We did miss having some cottage cheese and fresh vegetables, but this is just a minor observation and doesn’t affect our overall impression of the hotel at all. The atmosphere in the hotel is warm, family-like, and very cozy. After challenging days on the slopes, we were able to relax and recharge perfectly. We are already planning to return next year because this place left us with such wonderful memories. I can’t help but smile every time I think about our

We had an excellent experience at Hotel Bonapace! The location is central, which made it very convenient to reach all points of interest in the resort. The staff was extremely kind and attentive, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The room was large, spacious, and very clean. We really appreciated the facilities, including access to the pool and spa area – perfect for relaxing after an active day in the mountains. A great bonus was the card we received at check-in, which gave us free transportation in the area and discounts on some cable cars. Breakfast was varied and delicious, with options for every taste. On-site parking was also a big plus. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and worry-free holiday in Madonna di Campiglio!

hotel Europa is a fab little hotel in M. di Campiglio. a short walk up the hill and you can access the end of a ski run to ski down to one of the gondola stations (and you can ski to the same place at end of day and then short walk down to the hotel). in the evenings it’s just a short walk down to town. The whole hotel is lovely and warm with very nice clean bedrooms (cleaned daily with clean towels) with lovely bathroom with great shower). There is a great ski storage room (with heated boot rods) and although no individual lockers we were a party of 4 who had no difficulty with getting space every day (there is cctv in the room and it is locked over night). We were B&B and the breakfast was really good - plenty of choice and good quality too. Between 3-5pm tea and cake is served in the bar area. We used the bar in the evenings after being down in the town itself and always had a great welcome and service from the young lady who works at the hotel. There is a games room and small TV Room at the hotel too. Plus free parking on site. The lady (who we assumed was the manager/proprietor) was always very helpful and also arranged smooth check out and a take away breakfast as we needed to leave at 5am for our flight. If we ever return to Madonna we would not hesitate to return to Hotel Europa.
