The structure is excellent from all points of view: it is brand new, well-kept, spotless, with private parking, virtually mandatory given the chaos of the city. But the highlight were the owners: a Jordanian family with a real vocation for hospitality, which made us feel pampered from every point of view, satisfying every need, explaining with the utmost interest and care everything and delighting with their traditional cuisine, both in breakfast and dinner (optional) has reached levels of goodness and attention to detail among the highest we have met. It is also touching the care with which this family pampers their hotel, whose rooms are studied in detail to make them unique.

We spend one night in the Black Iris II and we couldn't make a better choice. The staff was always very welcoming and smiling. The room so nice with attention to details like all around the hotel which is totally new. They took care of us in every little thing we asked for...this is what hospitality is about....we would definitely recommend to book this hotel...thank you so much to all of you.

Everything was awesome. From the room to the pool to the breakfast. Everything was great!!! It truly is a diamond in the rough.

Der er fælles opholdsstue. this is an amazing place. a gem in the middle of nowhere. A pure nature experience accompanied with amazing staff. No ego, no negative wibes. Just an amazing stay at an amazing architecture. we haven’t had the chance to stay longer and enjoy hiking around the facility. I wish we had more time!

This hotel is in a great location for people looking for one with a pool within walking distance of Madaba attractions. The room size is perfect as well. The staff was very attentive and even brought us our room keys by the pool as we waited for check-in. Breakfast is also phenomenal!
