If 6 stars were available this logement would 100% merit. We stayed for two nights and now we have booked for a further two nights. The owners are incredible. So attentive and friendly. We did the sunset cycle tour and were introduced to family members in the neighbouring area. 10/10. It is about 2km from the town centre but this location is stunning in nature with beautiful Mountain View’s. Easy accessibility with tuk tuk or scooter. Free tuk tuk transfer arranged upon arrival. Thank you 🙏 The accommodation is the best we have stayed in from a global point of view not just Asia. The quality of craftsmanship from the owner is world class with regards to the carpenter skills. Spotless cleanliness, perfect AC, huge comfortable beds and rooms. You feel like royalty upon arrival! Thank you Villa Romoduol and the amazing team for life long memory and experience.

We have stayed at 16 places across Cambodia, Vietnam and Thailand and this is the first 10/10. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was a good size and the bed was large and comfortable. They offer a laundry service and a bike rental service (they call a bike rental nearby but you don't have to pick it up or drop it off - they come to the hostel). However, the highlight of the stay was the food. Home-cooked German food for dinner and breakfast and everything was amazing (if you get to try the schnitzel and cream spinach, do it).

The staff is friendly. Any request was fulfilled within minutes. Breakfast was something to choose from, not buffet but tasty. I highly recommend getting fresh juice for breakfast. It's great. The territory is large and very clean. Completely in silence and all in greenery. Very beautiful. The pool is clean and not deep. There are 2 ponds. The hotel has access to the river and kayaks that can be rented and paddled. The shared bathroom is large, with 1 shower and toilet, but there is also a separate bathroom for men on the floor. Everything is very clean.

We had the most wonderful experience staying at this beautiful hotel in Kampot. The entire property was spotless, well-kept, and full of charm, but what really sets this place apart is the incredible hospitality. The owners were amazing—genuinely kind, attentive, and always willing to help. When one of us became unwell, they went out of their way to offer support and comfort. It honestly felt like we were staying with family rather than at a hotel. Our room was a private little oasis, complete with its own pool and an outdoor kitchen area. It was the perfect place to relax, unwind, and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. And of course, we can’t forget Lucky—the resident dog who greeted us every day with tail wags and cuddles. Lucky brought so much joy to our stay and made the place feel even more welcoming. If you’re visiting Kampot and want a clean, comfortable, and truly heartfelt experience, this hotel is an absolute gem. We’ll definitely be back! It was the highlight of our entire trip around Cambodia.

i’ve never stayed in a nicer boutique hotel in cambodia. it’s honestly on the same level as some of the big 5* names in phnom penh, only without all the bullshit. main plus is that it’s completely new / newly renovated. no one wants anything from you. it’s spacious but only a few rooms, so no one bothers you.
