Everything! Awesome host, ammenities are new (built 10/2025). Has everything needed for a great stay (bikes, grill, table, chairs, skewers). Awesome coy pond. Beautiful yard. Very clean! If you're in the area, this is a great stay. Will be back a lot!

Small pound in territory was excellent place for breakfast on yoga mat aside. Green area, bird’s songs all day long. Beach is near. Had chance to try local herbal tea from the cabin shelves, tasted so great!
