The hotel is really nice. The stuff is really friendly and helpful. The room was quite comfortable with a nice view. There are 3 saunas in the spa area (available from 4pm - 9pm), a warm swimming pool and a jacuzzi. Breakfast is also quite good, especially if you enjoy cheese. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would like to stay there next time.

It was nice to see that the hotel was refreshed from my last visit, something was renew, but persona is still very friendly and helpful, food very testy and the best spa that. We liked everything. The hotel is well-oriented for families with children. It has a fabulous children's room and a swimming pool (the children's area is super warm). In the pool, there are different rings, armbands, balls, etc. Also, at the entrance to the hotel, there are sleds that hotel residents can take for free. There is a sled hill right in front of the hotel (free). There is a store nearby.

Everything was great. Is quite, very clean, breakfast is rich and extra delicious, large room and clean comfortable spa. You need to go about 20 minutes up from the last bus stop (but it still was fine and quite overall, closer to walking trails and some ski slopes). The view from the breakfast room is spectacular! (Not from my room, but it was cheapest room and other side of the hotel)

Amazing buffet meals and fabulous service in the kitchen! (It forced me to reconsider my opinion about Polish cuisine!) Nice Skywalk and quite a chip (compared with the similar Skywalks in the Czech Republic) A lot of opportunities to walk and check out nice suedette architecture in most of the buildings in the center of Świeradów-Zdrój Small but very nice aquapark

As a typical mountain resort, Karpacz is a bit more...

As a typical mountain resort, Karpacz is a bit more expensive than your usual Polish town. The town itself is very nice, with nice churches and mountain-style houses. I recommend visiting the alpine coaster. The dam is also nice with a nice coffee spot on the top side.

The rainy for days weather, luck of facility like restaurant and spa ( was advertised!) and scarcity of connection with Wifi made my stay not so pleasant. I decided to leave after 2 days ( I paid for 4 days).

Just a city for old people (which happens to be mostly Germans) which happens to have nice mountains next to it. You can ski there but there is not really lots of roads (?). BUT you can hike there and there is number of nice (pretty easy) trails ready for an easy weekend trip in the mountains.

At breakfast, Espresso must be paid for if you want it from the real machine at the bar, instead of the automatic dispensers. Steam bath was out of order, only sauna was available, besides the jacuzzis and the pools. Mattresses and pillows are not ideal, a little increase in quality could go a long way. The location is great and the facilities well designed and modern.

Great place to stay and relax in comfort between hiking trips in the near by mountains. Everything in the apartment was new and well designed with matching decorations. What truly won me over was the cappuccino maker by DeLongi which I use at home myself. I highly recommend staying at this property.

Karpacz at this time of year is quite empty, which made it very peaceful and enjoyable. It’s a charming town with great food and plenty of natural attractions. Just be sure to carry some cash, as parking often requires payment and card options aren't always available.

A classic mountain town. Beautiful landscapes. Hiking trails, ski slopes. Lots of people and cars in the center. The city center itself is small, so there is not much to walk around in the evening. Maybe just go and look at souvenirs in the shops.

I was very satisfied with the accommodation. Everything was in perfect order. Additionally, I would like to highlight the hotel manager, who was exceptionally helpful and professional in resolving a minor issue with the room. Fruit, eggs, ceareals, yoghurt, sauasages, vegetables, cold beverages coffiee etc. Clean environment and helpfull staff to clean up te tables. The Spa and the swimmingpool we did not go to, as kids were playing in the pool so we did not want to disturb. Dinner well served in the palace and delicious. The park behind the palace was cool clean and welcomming for a early morning or evening stroll. I felt relaxed, welcome, and screaming for a second (longer visit). Previously we stayed a couple of times in Osada Sniezka. Cheaper yes but cathered for a certain clientele and families with kids. To escape from this atmosphere and enjoy the surroundings and peace I would definitely recommend Palac Wojanow. Our room was huge, (2 stories) in the renovated grain storage building.
