The rooms were immaculate and the location and parking were wonderful. The staff was friendly and helpful (and empathetic about the issues multiple people have had) and the price was more than reasonable for the quality of the rooms. That part would get them a 5 Star rating if it weren’t for the rooftop bar…

Everything was at 100% from the reception to the restaurant (on the 3rd floor). The personnel in the morning accommodated us (we are vegans) and everything was so fresh and tasty!… For everything just superlatives! We REALLY appreciated!

We liked the location and the facilities: the sauna and the pool were great! It was very clean and the staff very nice. As the hotel is located in a very quiet area in the middle of the forest, this comes with advantages and disadvantages: if you are a dog person, is ok because they will be there to welcome you and ask you for food; if you are not a dog person, the mountain dogs might be a little scary...
