William the manager speaks english and french. He is very reactive and helpful. The food was nice but above the place whre the lodge stands is perfect. On the lake shore with a sublime view on the volcanos for the sunset and the sunrise. A small piece of paradise. Highly recommended!

We loved the flat. It was clean and comfortable. Bed was perfect and curtains were blocking the light. The flat has a little kitchen but well equipped. One of best showers we had in Rwanda. Laundry is included which is great considering the gorilla trekking is very muddy. You can order food as well for lunch and dinner. The staff is always nice and helpful. Internet was ok and we were able to work as well. Great location in town. Would definitely come back.

absolutely loved everything there. Very beautiful place with nice garden and bar area to hang out in the evenings, delicious meals and exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. The whole team made me feel so at home, that I definitely plan to be back
