We came after a spa day. The location is good as it is next to the main road with convenient parking. The opposite is Lidl, so very easy to buy stuff if needed. Staff is kind and helpful. Room is nice, clean and warm, with balcony to provide a beautiful view. Breakfast is delicious with plenty of choice.

At the end of accommodation, we had to leave early in the morning. Staff prepared for us packed breakfast. It was a surprise. Thank you very much, lady receptionist.

- Nice, clean apartment. They allowed us to place 3 baby cribs, which was very convenient. - All staff members were extremely nice - from housekeeping to reception, restaurant, and the various facilities. - The hotel complex offers many great facilities and attractions, including free boat rides on the lake, free fishing gear, a petting area with rabbits, and other animals to see, horse/pony riding for a small fee, bicycles (we didn’t try, so not sure if free), a very well-equipped kids’ playroom, and of course, a pool, jacuzzi, and spa area with four different saunas and a cold-water pool. Some areas weren’t relevant due to the rainy weather (outdoor playground, outdoor pool), but we didn’t feel like we were missing anything. - Breakfast was nice, and the staff also prepared eggs to our liking and porridge for the kids. For lunch and dinner, there’s also a restaurant with a variety of dishes for both adults and children. Bottom line: Highly recommended, even (or especially) off-season, since everything feels spacious and calm.

Everything! What a stunning location, with breathtaking views and surroundings. A beautiful cottage with room to spare in a highly sought after tourist area. Ski fields and mountain ranges just begging to be explored right from the front door. The accommodation itself was exceptional, clean and modern. So warm and comfortable, peaceful and close to nature. Internal heating, fireplace, kitchen with everything supplied, plenty of sleeping space and multiple bathrooms that look brand new. Great for large groups too, with plenty of onsite parking. The children's play area and outdoor fire pit just add to the charm of this rustic gem. Thermal water parks are within walking distance, there is something for everyone!

- We come to Zuberec every year during the Folklore festival...

- We come to Zuberec every year during the Folklore festival on the first weekend of August. It is a lovely combination of culture and hiking. - There is a lot to do in every season - hiking, biking or skiing just to name a few. - You can also visit the museum of Orava village and cave Brestova. All in all it is a perfect location to recharge your batteries.

Habovka is a small village just near beautiful nature of western High Tatras. Recommend to take a tourist trail in Rohace valley to tarns and a waterfall, Museum of Traditional Orava architecture in Zuberec, aqua thermal park in Oravice, wooden church in Tvrdosin, etc. In Habovka worth of visit - Blatna restaurant.

Hard to find watersport, you need to call big hotels and placess and ask there if they have anything to rent, just writing it in google directly will not help. There is no wild places to swim, you need to go to bigger place to find comfortable accomodation. Lake is big but still wild, and there is not much peaople. Visiting the island is a must :) You MUST have a car. The roads are way to dengerous to go by foot.

The main attraction is the Orava Castle.

The main attraction is the Orava Castle. Majestic castle carved into the rock that forms the central part of the town is a stunning sight. The neighbourhood is so green and beautiful with some good hiking options. Neighborhood is so peaceful, green and romantic, even though the Dracula castle looms over the city :-P. Food: Beware of the fact that every restaurant closes by 8pm. Its a small town with not many options to dine. The nice restaurant at the town centre serves great Gaulas and Slovakian traditional dishes. They stay open for the longest period. Try to carry some cash in hand as some places insisted on cash payment. Getting around: Buses are there and trains too to nearby locations of natural beauty.

Beautiful small town close to Poland, 114km. Beautiful lake, plenty of hotels, quiet, the shops open at 8 and close at 5PM. They have well-stocked supermarkets, a lot of banks and ATMs, nice cafes and places to eat. I really wish we had more time for sightseeing.

Orava Castle is well maintained and staffed and well worth visiting for a day. The town is also very nice to walk around. Many nice restsurants. One day is enough, unless you want to vacation in a quiet mountain town with few activities.

It's a very well organized and managed, clean place. Sure- it is not five stars but I doubt I could have wished for more. Well located, convenient, with helpful staff. Breakfast (included in my case) was fresh and very tasty. When you are there- ABSOLUTELY try their halushki, they are phenomenal (and they also cry of freshness, which is not always the case). Close to castle and to raft stop- which is also nice
