In all my years in Thailand this is the absolute best hotel I can recommend. This is a true 5 star hotel. The staff is outstanding and the service is exceptional. The breakfast is perfect with everything you could need, and so is the service. Unfortunately only stayed one night this time but will be back soon.

The hotel is even better in person than it appears in the pictures. The rooms are clean and spacious. The bathroom is also well-equipped and roomy. The pool in the room has a comfortable temperature and is always clean. All the staff are ALWAYS friendly and show genuine interest. Special mentions go to the bellboys Tom & Jerry, as well as Tenya at breakfast and the bar. The breakfast buffet is extremely varied, offering great local and international dishes. As a fitness enthusiast, you’ll also get your money’s worth in the top-notch modern gym.

Super choice in Khao Lak area. Everything was super clean and equipped like a little oasis after a long journey. The opened building is also very nice, it’s great to sitting in the area in front of your room. Very kind staff. The location is perfect to discover Khao Lak. 7/11 2 mins walk, laundry 1 min walk, great places to eat within 10 mins walk. Breakfast was also good. Rooms are perfect and very equipped for a 3 days stay. Quiet area, not on the main road. Wifi was also great.

We are a young family of 4, there was plenty for our young kids to do, splash park was fabulous and the food at the pool bar (Mi Scusi) is decent. It was also nice to spend days at the other pool or beach. The gym is well equipped. The kids club offers many activities as well as playing with the toys, soft play and the arcades upstairs. You can sign your kids in and leave your mobile and if your child needs you they will whats app or call you. One of us stayed nearby most of the time. The service and standards at Avani + are outstanding, the staff and friendly and will go out of their way to help you. The rooms are clean and spacious, the bedding and beds are very comfortable, the shampoo, conditioner and body wash smell divine AND are good quality, especially after a day at the beach and pool, they wash and condition the hair very well. There is some great variety with the restaurants - elements, mi scusi, the beach house and also the burger van. The kids menu is great for those kids who like something a little more simple. The staff at reception are very helpful if you wish to go on excursions through them or just hire a driver on your own. Very impressed with our stay, would come again.

By far my best stay in Thailand, the couple that runs it are both adorable and went above and beyond to make my stay amazing ! I even booked an extra night because I loved it so much. The room is incredibly spacious and bright, everything is SPOTLESS !!! The bathroom is big, the hot water is nice and regular and not a single sign of mold anywhere (which in my experience is rare in Thailand). The bed is comfortable and the ac is nice and clean. Breakfast was delicious! Great view from the balcony where I admired a nice sunset. The cleaning lady is also very friendly even going as to arrange the toiletries I left on the counter. Great location just off the main road so quiet but still close enough to make getting around super easy. Close to a 7-11 for some midnight snacks ;)

One of the best hotel stays in my life. Nice, big room, in pretty new hotel. Very good buffet breakfast, with both Thai and western food. Bicycles available to get to the beach, also scooter for rent at decent cost. And the service overall, they really try hard to make your holiday a great one.
