The experience was perfect at all levels. Starting from the free upgrade of our booking to presidential duplex suite, even before our arrival. Hotel management (Mr. Mhiri) was in touch with us thru WhatsApp before our arrival and during our stay to ensure our comfort. Up on our arrival, Mr. Tarek (reception) was very friendly and helpful. The presidential duplex suite was outstanding, spacious and clean with all required items. The kitchen has all supplies. The suite has been cleaned perfectly daily. Breakfast is very good with various options. Free car vallet is available at the hotel. Nice and helpful team. Spa and in-door swimming pool are also available. The swimming pool is perfect. A wonderful hotel with everything you need. Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are spacious, and incredibly comfortable. Bottles of water and fruit replenished each day. Breakfast is fabulous up on the terrace with freshly made egg dishes to order. The spa is great - would highly recommend getting a massage. Hammam looked very inviting too (sadly we ran out of time to use it) The relaxation area was calm, quiet and the post massage fruit/tea was great. Dinner was very good, again up on the terrace, with lots of local dishes to enjoy. Local wine list and other options too. Easy access into the medina area and also to get taxis to go exploring the wider local area.

Truly a great hotel, in every aspect. From check-in to rooms to breakfast, they provide an exceptional service. Everyone at the hotel is there to make sure you are comfortable and have everything you need. If there was an issues, they fixed it immediately. It is truly a gem of a hotel in Tunis, and a must stay. The hotel itself is beautiful, with a large modern lobby area and a smaller but traditional lounge. Takeaway coffee or cold water was always ready for guests. Rooms were modern and had all amenities one could want. The staff really made an effort to make it an exceptional stay.
