Really lovely staff, nothing was too much for them. Shout out to Sabhi at the snack bar and Amri at the lobby bar. Also the check in staff were great and gave us an amazing room. The place itself is stunning, the pool and beach are clean and enjoyable. Easy to walk along the beach straight in to town if you feel like it, it's safe and about 45 minute walk. Seemed to be mostly British people enjoying the nightly entertainment and unlimited drinks ;)

They kindly stored my luggage during the tour and even after checkout, which let me explore the area sightseeing without hassle before heading out—super helpful. The location is incredibly convenient, right near the Medina and beach, so I could catch an early sunrise stroll. There's also an affordable restaurant next door that's open late, and the room was spacious enough with chairs and a table for relaxing comfortably.
