I really liked the location and the view from the windows. The staff, especially a lady and a gentleman at the reception and the gentleman who helped us with the baggage (unfortunately I forgot to ask their names :-( ), were so nice and friendly. We checked in one hour earlier and it was not a problem by the staff. The rooms were big and the beds were so comfy. The rooms were so clean, especially the sheets and the bathroom, which are so important for everyone to be clean. The dining area and also the breakfast were really good. There were various fresh options for breakfast you would enjoy. Looking forward to going back😃

The hotel was very central. Could walk to tons of restaurants and very close to the bazaar with lots of nice shopping. The breakfast was on the top floor with a beautiful view and with good quality food. Also the property had valet parking available.

Amazing hotel in the city center. The room was big and clean. Free breakfast in the morning was delicious. The staff is very kind and helpful. I would like to thank especially the guy from the reception who helped me find the bus to go to the castle. I recommend to everyone!

The hotel is basically a misleading place as it's name is saying Van Orient but it's 30KM outside van. Staff cannot speak english. i booked two rooms but was given only one room. i booked for 3 nights but then i left after staying there for one night. hotel is poor in every aspects. I lost my money for nothing...... there were other groups of people there who were also complaining about the name and the location of the hotel. it's the worst selection i have ever done with Booking.com

The reception staff was very helpful, particularly Mr. Mesut, who assisted me in scheduling a comfortable trip for my parents to return home safely. As long as he is the manager of this hotel, I am confident I can trust him. The other staff members are invaluable as well, and they speak Farsi, which is an advantage for Iranian guests. The breakfast is terrific. The rooms are clean and odor-free. There is an air conditioner available for the summer months. Compared to other hotels in the area, this one truly deserves its 5-star rating. Wonderful location!

The views of the surrounding snow capped mountains were truly beautiful. Friendly welcoming people & the food was very good. Very easy getting around & the taxi operators were pleasant. A very good value for money short holiday. The boat trip on Lake Van to Akdamar Island was beautiful & interesting.

Van is a charming city located in the eastern part of Turkey and is in close proximity to the Iranian border. Am working since 20 years at 5 stars hotels. The hotel certainly exceeded our expectations, from the moment we arrived, the staff were friendly and very helpful and very accommodating. Me and my nephew were impressed with the hotel and bathroom. The manager Mr Caner very nice person and front desk and bell boy very friendly and helpful. Breakfast could be better. I would recommend this hotel to everyone
