Staff,food,service,facilities was exceptional...everyone was friendly. The cleaners did a great job and we're very helpful.. the ladies at reception,the restaurant and gym were all amazing. Good and kind..very accommodative...the pool coach and gym coaches were also great and accommodative...I'm definitely going to stay there again next time... I am very glad we stayed here after our safari. The hotel is modern and clean, the breakfast and teatime are very good and we gladly used the free laundry service. The pool was much needed in the heat of Dar Es Salaam. There are restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance, also a good pizza place right in front of the hotel. I would stay here again!

I really liked specifically the fact that every one without exception, was always smiling. I also liked the colors of the building as well as the room. They were sobre, modern and gave a very nice effect. I also liked the fact that the place was very neat and clean and room service was regular. The room was well equipped with a mini bar, plenty of supplies like shampoo and conditioner and even body cream in real size bottles instead of the small samples you usually get at other hotels. I also liked the fact that the hotel was in a bit of a corner of the road and not on the main road which means it was very quiet. Also, there are various facilities like the supermarket “Maisha” at the “City Mall” nearby which is like 15 minutes walking distance.

What a wonderful hotel! The people working there are unbelievably helpful and friendly. They made us feel so welcome. We had our 6 month old with us and they organized a lovely crib for us to use. The location is convenient- super close the the aiport. The free transfer was easy to organize in advance and the car was big and comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel. The curry at the restaurant was delicious!

Stone town was great to wander around. Not much hassle.

Stone town was great to wander around. Not much hassle. You can explore by yourself. Coffee shops good and restaurants. Avoid the port street food outside eating experience. Lots of night stands BBQing there. Very expensive and no where to sit really. People very friendly. Felt very safe at night walking around. The slave museum was worth visiting, emotional, though not much mention of the British enslaving millions, mostly boards talking about how they helped ban the trade.

Food is very affordable in Dar and there are plenty of food...

Food is very affordable in Dar and there are plenty of food options. Getting around Dar is so easy as you can use the Bolt app where it is affordable. I had dinner at Orchid Cafe which had a cozy vibe. Experienced night life in Wavuvi and Samaki Samaki and it was very memorable since they play all song genres. I experienced a Sunset Cruise in Dhow in Dar which was at Kigamboni and it was amazing especially when the sun sets.

Masaki was beautiful.

Masaki was beautiful. I went shopping at Kariakoo and uuugh it was crazy packed with traffic of people. I wouldn't advise it if you don't have to. Stay in Masaki, Oyster Bay, and the surrounding explore the beaches, bars, restaurants, and other hangout joints.
