The breakfast was the BEST! The river view room with the balcony was so nice. The rooms and the property are very well maintained. It is so handy to have a good restaurant right next door for dinner …. And the specialty coffee shop there serves great lattes!! We visited the John Wesley Powell museum just across the street and found it very interesting and informative.

This place!! Incredible. For our price bracket, this is far and away the BEST hotel we have ever stayed at. As soon as you enter the lobby it feels like a real hotel, not a motel. It is clean and shiny. The room was spacious and with a view of the famous red rocks. There was free water, juice and coffee at all times. There was a copious hot breakfast buffet. There was a small pool and hot tub, looking onto the mountains behind.

The front desk person, Rodrico, was exceptional. He really went the extra mile in arranging our accommodation. The room was above our expectations and the breakfast staff were very friendly and served a great breakfast. Would highly recommend this hotel.

During our road trip we made a 3 day stop in Moab and stayed at the Sun Outdoors in an Airstream. Check-in was smooth, polite and courteous. The "Airstream" was pretty new and equipped with everything you need. We also had a larger one which had 2 double beds and a bunk bed. Since there were only two of us, we had plenty of space. On the terrace in front with the Adirondack Chairs you can relax perfectly. There is a grill, which could be operated with a wood fire, which we did not use. The location, between Arches NP and Moab, although located on a road, was absolutely quiet and relaxing. If you book accommodation directly in Moab on the main commercial street, the traffic and hustle and bustle can be quite annoying and noisy. There is a pool on site, but it's very small for the complex, as lodges, RV sites, and tent sites are also rented out. There are a total of 8 "Airstreams" with the associated parking space. The "Airstream" was very clean, the shower and toilet work smoothly, and the large fridge with a large freezer and gas stove allow you to live completely self-sufficiently. Since we liked it so much on the first day, we immediately extended another day on site, since the price-performance ratio is absolutely right. "Sun Outdoors, Moab" is an absolute recommendation and we would book it again at any time. LG from Germany!

Fantastic location (despite being near the road). You want for nothing here. Great reception then taken to our tent and helped us put all our stuff in the buggy right up to our tent. Mist systems to help with the hear, fans inside the tents, batteries to charge your phone, etc. Little porch is very cute to be able to enjoy the night sky. Bathrooms are great, warm water and great shampoo (my hair was soft for days). Great activities suggested, lovely smores around the fire which got cut short due to high winds but continued to chat inside around a little fire. We loved it!

Great place to stay in Moab. A short 15 mins drive to Arches Park and Canyonlands is also nearby. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Our room had a small kitchenette with a microwave, fridge, coffee maker and sink. Great for self catering. There is also a small outside seating area with a gas barbecue .

Moab continues to amaze me. 5th trip and always discovering more cool places. This time I explored Canyon Lands National Park (Island in The Sky section). Amazing views, beautiful scenery. Some great hiking options - both long and short. Also hiked Delicate Arches N.P. Ate at Thai Bella in Moab - yum!

This was a really nice respite after a long day of driving...

This was a really nice respite after a long day of driving from ID. Green River itself is pretty desolate, but the motel made up for the long journey. I only stayed one night as I was traveling further the next day to Grand Junction, CO. The pool and hottub made it extra relaxing. I did not eat out.

Want to "disconnect" from your busy life? Try Moab, UT. This is a perfect place to unwind and reconnect with nature. We went to three national parks that were within a 2-hour drive (Arches, Canyonlands, and Capitol Reef). If you have a spare day, Mesa Verde NP is a 2.5-hour drive, which is also a must-see/must-visit place. Don't skip the Potash Road (Scenic Byway 279), and the Lions Park to start the Scenic Byway 128.

Conveniently off the highway, not much stuff to do in the area though. There is a few gas stations, and a local Mexican restaurant with some decent food. All locations were on the same main street which made it very easy to navigate.
