I came after seeing the incredible reviews and I was not disappointed . This boutique hotel is a gem. 9 rooms on the groundfloor and first floor renovated very comfortable forming an L in front of the swimming pool. There is a fully equipped kitchen and a lounge that everyone can use as the owners don't live there. When you arrive at the hotel, you have received a password before and use it to open the main door as there is no réception. They add on the mail or message which room number you get. In the kitchen you have a coffee machine with coffee or tee or chocolate capsules. In each room there is a fridge. One free parking for each car outside. The owners and Rachel the employee who comes usually in the morning are very friendly. The price is very reasonable. So it's a beautiful adress to recommend.

We LOVED our suite at the Cactai! Structure is exquisitely well designed and maintained, lots of love and care in every detail. We regret only staying one night, the suite had everything for a longer stay. The place is so well designed, it’s a mid century modern paradise. We will definitely stay here again!

From the moment we booked our room the communication was beyond our expectations. Chad helped us during our stay and I must say he made everything smooth and delightful, we appreciated our upgrade for our anniversay stay, that was extremely sweet! The property, pool and rooms were gorgeous and so peaceful. Our room was immaculate, super clean and it was such a bonus to have coffee, snacks and water/sodas/ in the fridge at no extra cost. There were lots of complaints about the flooring in the room which we didn't see an issue with at all. The outdoor grounds were very well kept and clean, lobby was very cool too!

The hotel was wonderful. The host Collin was very friendly and took care of all our wishes promptly. Rooms are very big, clean and perfectly located araound a wonderful pool. Pool area was big and clean. There were supermarkets and restaurants near by. Check in was easy and check out was easy too. One of the best hotels we experienced during our trip through the USA. We definitely would stay there again. Top location!

The hotel is very modern and it shows - every detail has been thought out. From power sockets both sides of the bed , double glazing, cassette style blackout blinds, comfy chair , air conditioning, microwave and refrigerator. Really nice to have a night light in the bathroom, good shower and Dove branded toiletries supplied. The bed was amazing , plenty of towels and a great pool , hot tub gym and laundry facilities. Breakfast is good for a help yourself style buffet. We stayed 10 nights in the USA and this was one of the best hotels and also one of the best value.

Old Ranch Inn is in a beautiful part of town - walking distance to shops and cafes. Bikes are available too and everything is very bikable. The hotel has the Palm Springs vibe you long for. You feel like you should working on a movie script lounging by the pool. We loved it here.

My sister and I flew over from Australia for my 50th birthday, my husband sent us over for the Cindy Lauper concert. I chose Ingleside Estate due to its rich history, character and charm. I had a drive through to check out the property with friends last year, whom have spent plenty of time at Malvern’s over the years and highly rate the property and also Malvern’s. We had one elder gentleman that was super helpful, friendly and happy to share all of his stories and the properties stories. However, the only downfall of the whole stay was there wasn’t enough information upon check in, in relation to the property and what it had to offer its guests. Like coffee in the mornings etc I will however stay at the property again, we loved Malvern’s, we frequented each night and felt very welcome and loved by all staff members x

Relaxing Getaway in Palm Springs We had a wonderful time at the Desert Vacation Villa! The property was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The atmosphere was peaceful and private—perfect for unwinding. The villa was beautifully maintained, and we especially enjoyed the outdoor area with the pool and stunning mountain views. It truly felt like a home away from home. The location was also great—just a short drive to downtown Palm Springs, restaurants, and shops. Communication with the hosts was smooth and friendly, which made the whole experience even better. We’d definitely love to come back for another stay!

The pool is awesome and the fact that it's open until late unlike so many other hotel pools makes it the heart of the hotel. This was our second time staying at the Ace and it still remains a great hotel. The food and drink options are always first class. Busy on the weekend and chilled during the week. I'm sure we will be back again.

This property is a total piece of crap.

This property is a total piece of crap. It’s just worn out the doors don’t don’t even fit into the frames bugs and including even snakes could actually cross through the front door. They made us do a pretty good job of trying to keep them clean, but to be honest, you can’t clean something that’s 70 years old. It hasn’t been taken care of to make matters worse. The staff is just so underpaid and so under trained they have no idea what they’re doing they and there’s a manager who is so stretched between three properties at the same owns and she doesn’t know where they’re head on or off. It’s just a really really bad situation all the way around I will never ever step for that place again and I don’t and I recommend that no one else does. It’s just disgusting and it’s it’s just a horrible experience. I mean everything about it from start to finish this horrible

Staff was professional.

Staff was professional. Grounds are kept up and exterior of the buildings and facilities are in good condition and appear to be well managed. Something was clearly missed with respect to a great greeting at checkin and then delivering a handicap room and smoking smell was a real disappointment. It was as if I received the bottom of the barrel.

The house was wonderful - it was extremely well appointed with cutlery & crockery for inside and outside eating. There were lots of pots, pans, utensils, glasses, etc for serving big crowds. The linen was of high standard and beds very comfortable. I would bring your own corkscrew/waiters's friend - the one provided was useless and the electric one questionable. For non-American visitors - most local wine is corked and not screw top. The pool & hot tub were perfect - heating worth the cost! We had to get someone out to explain how to heat pool & spa as it seems they can't run concurrently. No written instructions...perhaps something to provide next time? I cannot praise the Vacasa Team enough for their impressive service and assistance - we had a few small problems and someone was on site within 4 hours - very impressive. We would come again. We were there maybe an hour.

We were there maybe an hour. Smelly, old 0ld carpet, lumpy worn out sofa and bed. Tried two different rooms. Cannot get through to front desk by phone had to traverse the enormous grounds which would be nice but not Ada friendly. Customer service is non existent and front desk not empowered to run a resort and spa (which is what this place is supposed to be).

Cathedral City is an excellent city to stay when you're...

Cathedral City is an excellent city to stay when you're staying in the Coachella valley. It is central to either the East valley or Palm springs area it's clean relatively safe with plenty of restaurants and entertainment nearby. A great choice to stay for either business or pleasure families or traveling alone

Really bad customer service was put in a room with no AC working with 115 temp outside it took 3 phone calls and 2 conversations with manager to get moved to another room after we had moved all our belongings had we had to move them back to the car and to our new room in 115 heat. No one checked to see if we were ok in the new room bad hospitality really bad. Bad sewer smell coming from shower I also woke up next morning at 5:30am to find big long worms in the bathroom areas so disgusting. Adobe restaurant had bad service my husband got meal he didn’t order after waiting 1 1/2 hours he just took it. No management at restaurant he was on vacation. Morgan’s good, too overpriced for portions very small don’t go hungry to that restaurant you will leave hungry and broke.

We didn't venture from the house except to the grocery store and Wendy's, both of which were close by. Our standard - on-the-way-home breakfast spot is The Broken Yolk Cafe and it was about 5 minutes away. The house is in a nice neighborhood - very quiet and well maintained.

I stayed there all the time however on this occasion I needed to cancel wasn't able to and booking.com charged me for my reservation anyway even though I didn't stay there with some fine print somewhere along the way very disgusting I wonder what the odds are of this getting posted never used booking.com again

Weather was great in november, not too hot.

Weather was great in november, not too hot. Has some degree of walkability for a US city. Feels safe and welcoming. Has some nice (outlet) malls in the area & quite a lot of restaurants. Also beautiful trails around.
