Very clean, bright. Real nice lobby area….koi pond, comfortable seating, great place to just sit and relax. Pool small but perfectly adequate.
The most INCREDIBLY AMAZING front desk staff, so friendly, helpful, knowledgeable. I can not say enough good about them all!
Location great, easy walk into the beautiful town, restaurants. A quick walk to beach, hotel offers up beach chairs and towels to borrow for beach. Nice!

Hotel is great. Amazing stuff at the reception desk. Really amazing. So natural, with constant smile, always willing to help. So professional. Getting a beach towels and snorkeling sets were great for us.
Besides, hotel is very clean. Comfortable beds and pillows. Large room.
Perfect location. Next to the beach and the Waikiki walking promenade.

I mean what could I say… I had waited too long to write a review about this hotel because I didn’t want to be remembered by it. As I miss so much… The staff was incredible, friendly and felt like some other reviewers said, like family. We had the opportunity to meet the big boss Jack which was fun. We had an amazing room on the top floor.

We stayed on the 11th floor with an amazing view. The hotel was in a great location. Great staff and extremely clean room. The balcony was refreshing and great to step out on.
