A very cozy and welcoming place. Great staff, friendly and helpful, 24/7. Beautiful building and nice rooms, quite spacious and in excellent condition. Very clean everywhere. Very good location, close to the beach but also quiet in the night. Breakfast included, coffee and water always available.

The whole decor and layout of the hotel is very welcoming There is a lovely courtyard where drinks are served and there are complimentary drinks from 5pm to 6pm (not Sunday) Absolutely free! The rooms are of a very high standard with balconies The location is excellent being a few minutes from the centre of State St and near the best restaurants The staff were very helpful especially Fabian and Nate on the front desk We went to a Winery for a tasting and Fabian provided us with all the picnic accessories. The pool is small and comfortable to sit around Overall one of our best stays in Santa Barbara in a great boutique hotel

I loved the location, as well as the easy check in process. Inside our room was a welcome letter, which was a great touch. I especially appreciated that the welcome letter had a list of things to do, especially local happy hour options! I did not have any local restaurants in mind when I arrived, but we quickly found out that there were two happy hour restaurants within walking distance.

Great location. The hotel is located just next to the wharf and about 15 min away from the center by walking. Restaurants are nearby. Our room was in another complex, close to the main building of the resort as we asked for a quiet room. Beautiful and comfy room.
