It was a trip in our bucket list for last 10 years "skiing in Colorado". Luckily we found this place over Booking.com, which had best value for money close to Vail resort in skiing season. Fully equipped kitchen etc. cozy living room, 2 balconies etc., everything was there. Free sufficiently frequent bus connection to Vail resort center. Bus stop just in 3 minute walk distance from condominium. Heated outside pool and hot tubes (28 Celsius) at quests disposal. Onsite restaurant. Very good wifi connection, no problem to work over VPN. Very friendly staff - thumbs up!

I love the staff. I found everyone very friendly and professional. The photos on Bookings.com didnt do it justice. Its even nicer in person. I also liked the complimentary coffee and flavoured water in the lobby. It was a nice added touch. Location was also perfect.

Vail has a wonderful village area, perfect for shopping, dining, and enjoying time with the whole family. It’s great for couples looking for something romantic and also for groups of friends. The atmosphere is charming and lively. The ski terrain is excellent when all the runs are open. However, at the beginning of the season, even with plenty of snow, they often keep many runs closed. That’s exactly what happened during our stay from December 1st to December 6th / 2025, lots of snowfall, yet only six runs were open. It gave the impression that they were holding back to save costs, which was very frustrating. We ended up having to drive to another mountain to get better skiing.

We visited in mid-October to celebrate our first wedding anniversary, and had a great time! The fall foliage was beautiful, we had a lovely stroll around Vail Village (tons of cute shops, coffee shops, restaurants, and a creekside trail), and went to the spa at Gravity Haus. Dinner at Russel's Restaurant was also a highlight.

The Betty Ford Gardens are amazing and beautifully done. Could have spent much more time there. Once parking was figured out, public transportation was an easy way to get around town. Visitors center staff was great for getting oriented to town. Lots of shopping and amazing places to eat and explore. One day does not do justice to all there is to do in Vail in any season.
