Very comfortable and the staff was really nice with my family. I have a 2 years old boy and they provided all the support needed, like warm up bottles, crib, etc. The rooms were really clean and comfortable.

It was an amazing and unique experience. The staff were so kind. I tried very hard to speak my best Franglish from what I learned in school, They listened and helped me to communicate well. We were greeted at the door by a character in stilts and it was a welcome we will never forget. There was life entertainment at the pool. It was absolutely magical.

The hotel room was super spacious and super clean, the facilities were all there and the view was breath taking and out of this world. the balcony had an amazing view fo the Lake were we sat for hours enjoying the scenary. the hotel had nice facilities and the restaurants were nice. The room is really nicely decorated and has way more than your typical hotel room. In the little kitchen area, you've got a fridge, micro-oven, oven, kettle, tea, coffee, and plates. The shower room is stocked with shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, earplugs, and towels. Plus, there's a handy small office space that you can separate with a curtain if you need to get some work done. A pleasant surprise was a plate of assorted fruits welcoming us. Xavier and Sofia are super friendly. Xavier was cool about changing our dates, and Sofia welcomed us and gave clear directions on how to get from the street to the parking space. Overall, a great experience!

Wonderful new apartment equipped with everything needed to stay even for a longer period of time. The apartment is furnished with high quality furniture and nice paintings. Easy self check-in with clear instructions and nice contact. Neighbourhood with cozy bars and great restaurants. The apartment is located at the foot of the hill on which the old city center of Québec is located, walking uphill is required to reach most of the attractions.
