The Accommodation is an Elegant Penthouse with a Private Terrace, the Master Suite Bedroom is in a Duplex and gives it very functional independence. Even on winter days we were able to eat on the Terrace, which has several armchairs and tables to enjoy food or a coffee. The bed is large and a perfect mattress that we slept very well in addition to the bedroom that is very well insulated from noise with acoustic windows. Super equipped kitchen with a Good Oven and Washing Machine and New Refrigerator. Alfonso, the host, is a Human Guide since he has a degree in History and offers you a thousand information and recommendations about the City of Seville. He also gave us Wine, Coffee and Sweets as a Welcome. Finally, the Apartment has a location in the Historic Center of Seville, you can walk to all areas of interest, for example, the Cathedral and Giralda are just a 7-minute walk away. Without a doubt we will repeat this Magnificent Duplex with Private Terrace.

Perfect for remote workers - they have a nice work area with free coffee and tea. Beds were comfortable, blankets were warm, toilets were clean, convenient location in the center of the main Seville tourist area so it’s convenient to walk north and south and even west to Triana. There are also daily pub crawls and free dinners (need to sign up early). The demographic would be late 20s so you get less of the rowdy younger party crowd.

Friendly and helpful staff, very clean and modern. We enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was very good. The city is half an hour by bus (station bus 500m from the hotel). Easy parking in the street.
