Boutique and luxurious! Spotlessly clean rooms and friendly staff… Everyone was so warm and welcoming that it made us feel absolutely amazing. At first, we were unsure whether to book this hotel, but after staying here, we can confidently say that if we return to Kos Island, we will definitely stay here again. The food is also excellent – there’s no need to look for a place to eat outside. The manager is always present and hands-on (honestly, you won’t find such a dedicated manager available 24/7 at any other hotel), and the bellboys are super sweet. To be honest, we loved every single member of the staff. Huge thanks to everyone!

We had a wonderful time at Aegean Houses and will definitely return. Everything about our stay was excellent, there wasn’t a single thing we didn’t enjoy. There are rooms with private pools which is very good for the kids. The beach is just a short walk away, with plenty of options for sunbeds. You can either rent them directly or enjoy free use at the beach clubs when you order food and drinks. The hotel’s restaurant is also reasonably priced, and the food quality is very good. We originally booked for one night due to limited availability, but we enjoyed it so much that we came back the next day and extended our holiday for three more nights. We truly wanted to spend more time in Kos, and especially at Aegean Houses.

I stayed in this beautiful penthouse apartment for 3 days and my holiday was just perfect. Mr. Stavros met me when arrived and gave me all the necessary information and tips to visit Kos in the best way. He was really the kindest host, he lives in the same building so he is at your disposal all the time, in case you need. The apartment is super clean, very cozy, it has an amazing terrace with a beautiful view on Kos Town. Its position is excellent. About 5 min from the main bus stop and from the port.

Great hotel with excellent staff. Everyone was very kind and helpful. Everywhere was clean, the room was cozy and also very clean, we had a sea view. Excellent and varied food and drinks. very good price-quality ratio, beautiful and well-maintained garden and swimming pools. A quieter location, but close to the main city.
