One of the best hotels in Legian area. Super accessible to everything - beach, spas, restaurants, money changer, atm, shopping, airport. It has everything. The rooms are super comfortable and the staff is really friendly and helps you in every way possible. We got assigned a room which wasn't to our liking and upon requesting the staff, they changed it to a better room. The washrooms weren't amazing - not the sort you'd find in 4 or 5 star hotels ofcourse, but good enough. The thing we loved most about the hotel was the lush green gardens surrounding the two pools. Everywhere you look, there are trees, plants and flowers. The hotel is also located on Legian Road which is filled with restaurants, shops and marts. Its a busy road with lots to explore. Overall we had a great time.

I loved everything about the hotel. The location was great, close to the airport but not so close to hear the planes (you could see them, not hear them though), and the ride from the airport to the hotel is a 25 minutes taxi trip, really cheap (we paid less than £6). The staff were incredibly nice and welcoming, the breakfast food was abundant and very good quality, and the pools were awesome. I particularly liked the larger pool (called kids pool) due to the surroundings with pal trees, sand, water falls etc, and there weren't too many kids around which contributed to it being rather calm and relaxing.
