United KingdomThe staff are the main attraction for me, as facilities and food become a little bit routine for someone who travels as much as I do.
Hussein Musseiwi at reception (I believe he even lived in the UK) was amazing, so understanding and accommodating and made my life super easy when I was having trouble with my card, Qutaiba was also front desk and very nice, Ali (the night manager) was there every night to help me with whatever I needed and when something was bothering me would recognise it instantly and change it straight away. When you’re far from your family and in a random country, staff like this make your life so much easier.
Big thank you also to Aqel the bellboy, Tammam the bellboy, Peter from housekeeping, Bahaa from laundry and the staff at the cafe. Thank you for making my life so easy!
