The staff were very friendly and helpful. The place is beautiful and good for families as there are many activities around the resort.

It is a 5 star hotel resort but frankly speaking it doesn’t live up to it. The pool indoor is a joke and the service is bad. You find that finding your room or even the wellness club is a challenge. There is just very bad poor signages and most staff can’t even speak English.
