This place will make you feel like you are in heaven. This magical resort is something i will remember for the rest of my life. Rage was a wonderful guy who helped us through our stay. If you want to feel the magic, this place is for you. I will definitely be back again on my next trip to Korea.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The place is beautiful and good for families as there are many activities around the resort.

It is a 5 star hotel resort but frankly speaking it doesn’t live up to it. The pool indoor is a joke and the service is bad. You find that finding your room or even the wellness club is a challenge. There is just very bad poor signages and most staff can’t even speak English.
