The friendly and helpful welcome from all at OZEN LIFE MADHOO made our stay enjoyable from start to finish. The variety of restaurant and food choices meant that we could enjoy something different every evening. We were very impressed by the attentive service from all, as well as having personal support for our stay and our spa and restaurant reservations from Ayush.

The resort is fantastic, the staff is extraordinary friendly and they did everything so we could be able to have an incredible stay in paradise. We swam with wild dolphins, which was a "once-in-a-lifetime-experience". Our Over-Water-Villa was super nice, we had Eagle Rays and a little reef shark swimming right below it.

Mind blown away How can a post give this resort the proper review it deserves, I truly wonder but I’ll give it a shot so here we go. This was probably my wife and I 6th vacation spent at luxury resort across the Far East /Indian Ocean area, even the Mediterranean and hands down this is by far the BEST most memorable vacation we’ve experienced so far and credit goes entirely to the brilliant service we’ve received. Not only were the facilities and water villa we stayed at impeccable and beautiful but gosh the service we’ve received, the warmth of the staff, the attention to details, the fantastic tasty meals we’ve had - not a single food item we’ve consumed was below fantastic-. The attention and hospitality we’ve received from the resort resident manager Mr. Fernando was truly unparalleled. So friendly, professional and courteous we’ve decided to come back in 4 weeks! Shout out to Amir from the Fushi Cafe who made us feel so welcomed. We look forward to his lovely chats and seeing him again soon. White sandy beach, turquoise waters, the caressing sun, the lush vegetation, the Coconut Groves stretching into the sky, the ocean view villa with its rooms and great views (Sunrise from the ocean), the michelin level and 24 hour a day open Living Room restaurant with great views of Sunset, the warm hospitality and problem solving attitude of the staff was excellent and they put a lot of effort into cleaning up! Among the high quality staff at Naladhu Island, I would highlight the exceptional resort manager Fathimath Shaazleen, the efficient all-rounder Aslam, the excellent chef Arnab at the Living Room, the professional floor manager Mico at the Living Room, and all the other staff at Naladhu Island.

Holiday Inn Kandooma is a hidden gem, mostly thanks to staff at the resort - kind, sweet people that want to help you in any way possible. Thank you for another wonderful stay at your island and thank you for making me feel special on my birthday. The beach, all the facilities and our bungalow were sparkling clean. Breakfast was delicious, such variety of food that we did not get bored after a week. My daughters loved the ladies at the kids club and all the craft activities they offered.

Everything was perfect and we could do everything inside the island. All the staff were very friendly and gave good support. There is a good variety of food in the buffet, specially different types of Asian cuisine.

The ocean suite has a nice interior design and decoration, and a wonderful ocean view. The surrounding is quiet and beautiful. My wife and son said it is 1000x better than all villas and hotel rooms he had been to. The restaurants are nice and let us experienced flavors from different styles. The fun activities in the dive center, and the spa are also great. What impressed me the most is the professionalism and kindness of the staff. Special thanks to our butler Alia who helped us in every way responsively, Ane, who worked in the kids club and took great care of my son when my wife and I went for fun activities for 1 or 2 hours. Also to mention Dario, a Chinese girl who helped us voluntarily when we needed it :) I did not took down the names of staff in the dive center and photo studio unfortunately, but I got the strong sense that they did their best to bring us wonderful experience and memory. Every staff is friendly and will say hello to us. Many thanks to all of you.
