Bungalows are located along the sea, offering stunning views. They have lots of space around, securing privacy. The restaurant serves the best food on the island. Staff members and the relaxing vibe they create is a real highlight. They are very professional, funny, truly caring, and understanding the needs of guests. It is very quiet and no staff members are loud cleaning or collecting leaves in the morning (quite common other places). It is the most relaxing place we have visited in Thailand over many years of travelling this country. We loved it and will definitely be back. Huge thanks to the lovely team!

I had a very pleasant stay and truly enjoyed my time here. The hospitality was outstanding, with friends staff who always made me feel welcome. The reception team was extremely helpful and took care of everything for me, which made my stay completely stress-free. Breakfast was good, with a selection of both Western and Asian dishes. The beach is beautiful and the resort is peacefully located. Because the beach is so stunning, day visitors sometimes arrive by boat, but this did not disturb the overall relaxed atmosphere. My bungalow was comfortable and clean with good AC. The beachfront restaurant offers a good variety of dishes, including the option of freshly grilled fish from the barbecue. At the other end of the beach there is also a simple local eatery, which I enjoyed as well. If you are looking for complete relaxation, this is a perfect choice. The hotel is quite secluded, allowing you to fully unwind and truly switch off. Wi-Fi is available in the main building and in the beach restaurant/bar (although it is fairly slow). There is no Wi-Fi in the bungalows, but this actually adds to the feeling of peace and relaxation.

Koh Ngai is an absolutely paradise-like destination, but travelers shouldn’t expect ultra-luxury resorts on the island. That said, it remains a considerably more expensive destination compared to the Thai standard. Thanya Beach Resort is arguably the best hotel on the island, located at one end of the main beach. Its laid-back yet well-equipped atmosphere offers everything needed for a truly memorable stay. Special mention goes to the always-smiling and helpful staff, as well as the excellent restaurant. We left the hotel but wished we could have stayed longer!

Set in tropical landscapes, Koh Hai Fantasy Resort & Spa offers peaceful rooms just steps from white sands bordering the Andaman Sea. It boasts an outdoor pool and free Wi-Fi at the restaurant.

Perfect location just on the beach. Big rooms, very clean, good food in the restaurant, very polite waiters, jungle is near. Water is clean a lot of fish you can see.

Great location at the end of the beach. Very tidal, but mornings had low tide for us, so lovely early walks along the beach and watching sunrise. Great balcony with stunning views (722). Spacious room. Comfy beds. BUT several flights of stairs up to room! Infinity pool up more flights - but worth the climb!! Lovely pool and gorgeous views. Shady area where you could watch birds in the tops of trees.
