We were here with my friends for one week. It has been one of our best travel in our life. The hotel is next to the beach with a fantastic swimming pool and a little slide park. The rooms had beautifull sightseeing for the sea. The stuff mostly doesn't speak English but all of them are very helpful and kind. Ayse and her twin sister Miriban works everyday hard from morning till night and helped everything what we needed. Baris was very helpful all the time and smile everyday. In the bar Serhat and Firat made us amazing drinks everyday. And the entertainment stuff was amazing. Ferhat and Serkan did everything that our stay would be the best, all the time made interesting program for us, darts, volleyball, ping pong, disco with preferred music, karaoke, foam party on the beach etc. The food was amazing and the drink bar also. I cannot say anything bad about this hided treasure. Thank you guys everything and we wish you the best! 🙏🥰

I'll be honest, I was quite skeptical at first, but my expectations were exceeded. I want to point out the incredibly high level of service: 1. I booked a standard room, and they upgraded me to a room with a jacuzzi for free. 2. All the staff were very friendly. 3. The room was clean, maybe not the newest, but the view was gorgeous. 4. Cleaning and refilling the minibar were done daily. 5. Food and drinks were excellent, including imported cocktails. 6. Wonderful territory around the hotel. 7. Clean coast. 8. Exceptional spa massage. In general, highly recommended.

The hotel has a huge territory in a beautiful location between the mountains and the sea, with direct seaside access. It's like a small village but it's very well organized. The stuff are friendly and constantly doing their jobs, foods and drinks are limitless and delicious. There are a lot of entertainments: slides, darts, billiards, pools, tennis court, gym, spa, organized activities for kids, for adults. Live shows every night. I recommend especially the spa, with the massages. Ani and Eka provided us the best massages we have ever experienced.

Probably there will be a third one :) People are so nice and welcoming, clean property, everything is just at the tip of your finger… I also love the food quality; usually all inclusive places have average taste foods but here everything you taste is very very delicious!

Our client relationship manager was very proactive, Ibrahim was great throughout the stay! He supported me change the room when to have something more accessible, restaurant booking, airport transfer etc… Great service, the food quality is also higher than other similar all inclusive hotels… Entertainment is also at a higher level thx to Muratt and his team… Compared to other places in Antalya and from nature beauty perspective Crystal Flora location is absolutely amazing

All inclusive, one-stop shop for family needs in a breathtaking, natural surroundings by the Mediterranean Sea and the mountains. Rixy Kids Club truly is above and beyond typical holiday resorts, packed with fun activities and first class facilities, both indoor and outdoor. Moreover, my 5-year old daughter has had a whale of a time at The Land of Legends (!) - free shuttle bus service from Rixos Sungate and free entrance too as part of the hotel package.
