Villas Secreta Beachfront Resort features an outdoor swimming pool, garden, a private beach area and shared lounge in San Pedro. The accommodation provides a 24-hour front desk, a shuttle service, room service and free WiFi throughout the property. Amazing location away from everything, yet so comfortable. We swam and kayaked, found beaches all to ourselves. The plunge pool was cool and beautiful and the rooftop lounge was amazing. Staff were kind and helpful without being intrusive.

Overall CLEANLINESS, well maintained AMENITIES, excellent COMMUNICATION and ATTENTIVENESS, from point of booking all the way up until check out! A stressful trip with a 1 & 5 year old and elderly parents and inlaws was salvaged due to this home away from home experience. Highly recommend!

Featuring a garden, the 4-star hotel has air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, each with a private bathroom. The hotel has a hot tub and free shuttle service. Absolutely loved our cosy cabin at Matachica. Fairy tale arrival by speed boat with drinks awaiting us was an amazing start to the holiday. The resort is quiet, stylish and very tastefully decorated. It never felt busy even though i think it was over half full. The food was amazing! The chef knows what they're doing - fantastic bread and breakfast pastries but every meal was delicious. However, what made our trip were the staff - everyone was so kind and willing to help in any possible way. We had problems with our air conditioning unit and after an initial fix failed they replaced the whole unit whilst giving we the option to change rooms if we wanted (we didn't - we were too settled) Lovely people but i also found that generally true of Belize. Thank you so much. Do try the trips - we borrowed a kayak to go to the reef across from the hotel and snorkel with sting rays but also did organised Hol Chan trip including swimming with nurse sharks which was fabulous.
