When I called I was greeted with friendly and helpful customer service and was given an alternate spot to park. Parking garage is 6.8 feet and my truck is 7.1 feet. Very satisfied with the entire experience.

What impressed me the most was that the owner was very attentive and considerate. The studio was well-equipped, clean and tidy, exceeding our expectations. We stayed for two days and cooked our own hotpot, which we were very satisfied with. And the owner has placed several mattresses for us to choose from, so we can all have our own beds to rest on. This trip was really great, thank you for having such a thoughtful host.
