We loved this hotel, the spa facilities were great, especially the outdoor pool. The food was fantastic, we really enjoyed our breakfasts and the evenings meals. We stayed in a suite which was very comfortable and had a lot of space, we loved sitting on the balcony. Thank you to all the staff for being so helpful and friendly, we would love to stay again.

Very nice location by a huge lake. Apartment was clean and modern. Apartment had a private entrance which was perfect with a dog and plenty of green space around it. We really enjoyed the nature by the resort and all the wildlife. The saunas and pools were included in the price and we really enjoyed the option for textile sauna. The inside pool was very big and they also had a nice outdoor pool. Very kid friendly too with kids’ pool. There was a dog beach which was a big bonus! Our dog loved it there. Most of the restaurants were closed on Monday but the pizzeria was open and it all worked out very nicely. Self check in was very easy when we arrived after reception was closed. The apartments had numbered parking spots right next to them. We had a nice and relaxing stay with our dog.

The bread was warm, very cool! On the first day we could not have breakfast, as we came at 10.15 and the lady in the cafeteria shoulted at us, that everything was already closed and she needs to clean (in all brochures it states that breakfast is open until 10.30 and the reception said we should juat get in by 10.30 and then we can stay longer; the lady also shouted that she has no idea where we can eat (there was a fish cafe around the corner open)
