Beautiful hotel lots of luxury

It's an amazing hotel . Proper old school luxury and service. The room was huge , the staff silver service and attentive and we were in awe of the grandeur of the place.

Nice lobby area with lovely views and plenty of room. Booked a deluxe room and I was disappointed in the quality of the room. Lots of dirty marks/stains on the laminate flooring and overall way too much laminate furniture/fittings didn’t give a luxury feeling. Bathroom was nice and of good quality. Deposit for pool towels is a bit low market for a 4 star hotel these days. Good location and easy down hill walk to the old town of Bilbao which is fabulous.

Top Location- City Center in walking distance. Very nice and stylish small luxury hotel.

Convenient location and self check-in process. Staff was nice enough to hold our bags after check out. Not a luxury stay but I would recommend it.

I must say the owners are very nice and helpful in every way . Breakfast was lovely. The amount of things to do nearby . Lovely walks and scenery . Beaches are out of this world walks through mountains . And i must say after all its bilbaos favorite beach resort in summer . Prices are much better than in most turist places .
