It far exceeded expectations! We have stayed all over the world in some really unique places but this topped them all for us as a family! Amazing tree house accommodation - with great little touches of decoration and a huge tree through the middle. Our teenage kids loved it. The pool was fab to freshen up in and others seemed to be really enjoying the jacuzzi later on. Table tennis and boules available. We stayed for dinner which was fabulous - seemed popular with locals also - 3 courses of delicious food - our son was convinced they had a full team of kitchen staff behind the doors to the kitchen but it really was just the incredible work of the two owners who are clearly talented chefs. Breakfast was perfect - lots of choice really delicious. And finally to top it off we spent a wonderful couple of hours using their stand up paddle boards and wild swimming in the Garonne river a few steps down from our tree house - that was incredible - the water is so clear once you are in. Truly magical place to stay!!

Hier ga je echt heen voor de speciale ervaring om in zo'n geweldig houten huisje in middle of nowhere te slapen. De huisjes zijn echt geweldig en de hele ervaring met het binnenhalen van je ontbijtmand via een takel echt lachen! Het ontbijt was ook nog een lekker en vers. En wat een meevaller dat er toch een wc in die boomhut zat.. ik zag mezelf namelijk niet zo snel in nacht naar de wc wandelen van die trap.. En het hebben van je eigen wc en douch (hoewel op 400 m afstand) was ook wel erg prettig!

Les Balcons des Pyrénées ligt in Saint-Mamet en biedt een restaurant WiFi is gratis beschikbaar in dit vakantiepark, evenals een bar. Een prachtig park. Erg goed en mooi onderhouden. Heel vriendelijk personeel. Speeltuin voor de kinderen, prima zwembad, gezelligheid in het restaurant. Het appartement was ruim en alles was aanwezig. Prachtig uitzicht op de bergen en op loopafstand van een gezellig stadje. Je kan er in de buurt ook raften.

Le Domaine du Golf Country Club de Bigorre ligt in Le Pouzac, op een 18-holes golfbaan en biedt zelfstandige appartementen. Loved that it was a golf club. Location was beautiful

The apartment was fantastic value for money, and the owner could not have been more helpful. The kitchen was well stocked with every appliance you could possibly need. We stayed there for 1 night and actually went on to stay at another property owned by the owner for an additional two nights due to availability. I will most definitely stay here again and have recommended both properties to my friends. Fabulous views and right in the centre of the town. Free street parking in a quiet street and very easy to find. Also a big bonus for us was our dog was welcome!!
