Cool Šilo Appartement Resort ligt in Šilo, op 4 minuten lopen van Na Vodici-strand en 20 km van jachthaven van Punat. everything was perfect. quiet location, clean new and roomy apartment with all amenities. state of art fitness studio, sauna, lovely pool, e bikes and laundry service for guests. breakfast made to order eggs etc. staff could not be more helpful and friendly. also had 1 evening meal.. very knowledgeable staff re origins of wine and food. 5 min walk to beautiful clean beach. Silo is probably quietest and nicest of all of KrK..with easy access to other villages. this place scores very high ... you will see why! also green conscious.. 💚

We visited during the low season — in early October. We absolutely loved everything: the hotel is brand new, furnished to a true five-star standard, with plenty of entertainment options for both children and adults. The spa areas, pools, and private beach were excellent. In October, these facilities were often just for us — there was hardly anyone else around. An amazing price-to-quality ratio, although the cost in 2025 was clearly undervalued due to the hotel having just opened. The Croatian sea was wonderful — calm and beautiful — and walks along the pine-covered shore were a delight. The hotel is located far from any towns, which added to the peaceful atmosphere. The food was surprisingly good and exceeded expectations, although after a week it did start to feel repetitive. There were lots of thoughtful little touches for kids, like the option to make your own ice cream or smoothies. As noted in other reviews, the “all-inclusive” model was actually closer to “full board,” but for us, that was more than enough.

We recommend staying in Lighthouse. The location of the house is great, right behind the pool and short distance from the beach. We really appreciate the large terrace and plenty of space in the interior. Kitchen was fully equipped, the only drowback is the missing coffeemaker 😊. There are 2 bathrooms in the house, towels are also included, which we appreciated. A small minus is missing built in soap and body lotion dispenser. Communication with the host excellent, answers all questions really quickly. I highly recommend the location of Selce, one of my favorite holiday destinations in Croatia. The Lighthouse as accommodation was excellent, great value for money, we will definitely come to Lighthouse again ❤️.
