Mount Juliet Estate is set in 500 acres of Irish Countryside. The historic estate is located in Thomastown, Co. Kilkenny and dates back to 1757. Gorgeous property - sad we were only there for one night! If we ever return to Ireland, this will be a place we spend a couple of nights for sure!!

And even though it rained throughout our stay, we walked the grounds and enjoyed the manicured property, a hint of lavender along the pathway, and a moment of peace watching the dolphins swim in the river (Yes. Dolphins. I thought they were teasing us, but it was true). I wish we had booked a longer stay.
