Starting from the welcoming and resolving our issue with an outside taxi to the room, the sea view, breakfasts and C2C restaurant excellent experience with impeccable waiter Athani, bar Banyan with so caring bartender Ashish. It was way and beyond!!!

This is the 1st resort that matched my expectations as a vacation stay (10/10) — boutique resort with high-quality amenities, infra, interiors that feel luxurious, cozy and intimate. Right by the Ashvem beach, the atmosphere and beach view are unlike any I have seen. The staff is polite and helpful, Aarti (the host) is a sweetheart and goes out of her way to welcome you. The cafe serves great food paired with some or the other entertainment. You will feel like you’re in a completely different place, a bubble of sorts, that’s full of good, relaxing, thoughtful vibes. The room itself was well-equipped, spacious, and comfortable. The bed was firm. I was provided free drinking water as well. They also kept a bowl of clean water at the entrance of my room so I could clean feet before entering. Highly recommended!

The property is non-smoking and is situated 37 km from Margao Railway Station. The cottages on the beach are well worth booking. Uninterrupted views of the sea and life on the beach. Although there is no restaurant, you can order food to your room. Deva and his team were exceptional at providing us with whatever we wanted at any time. I cannot fault their service from the quality of food to just supplying us with ice for our own drinks. There is a liquor shop just next door so everything is on the doorstep. You will not be disappointed if you choose to stay here!!

Bike hire and car hire are available at this resort and the area is popular for cycling. Fantastic, beautiful, peaceful. The water was warm, the beach was great, the staff was helpful and kind.

The accommodation offers room service, a 24-hour front desk and currency exchange for guests. Location right by the ocean, cabins are really good need some minor maintenance though. Staff is really friendly. Breakfast isn't buffet but good quality

All guest rooms will provide guests with a fridge. The location is on the beachfront. The rooms are clean. The beach is good for swimming and we liked the water. The staff is very helpful.

We literally walked around in bare feet or flip flops all day with anything we needed just a short walk away. Restaurant next door had delicious food and drinks, staff was friendly and warm. The sunsets were amazing. I miss Palolem beach already!

Deluxe balcony room with sea views was spacious with great views and a modern bathroom. Great restaurant, delicious food and nice place to have a cold drink. Tables set out for dinner on the beach. Got to pick from the freshly caught fish of the day. Grilled perfectly. Delicious. Massage at the resort was amazing. Highly recommend. Staff were warm, friendly and helpful. Great stay. Lovely walks up the beach. Recommend getting a boat ride for the eagle feeding. Amazing. Would stay again.

The staff quickly and efficiently organize activities on request the day before, ("experiences") including a waterfall walk, birding, yoga, and transportation. The hotel is very professional in working with foreign visitors. The grounds, the room, and the restaurant are meticulously maintained.
