Hellen was incredibly responsive, friendly, and genuinely invested in making sure I had everything I needed. Quick check-ins, clear instructions, and helpful local tips made the entire experience smooth from start to finish. The host even went the extra mile to accommodate a couple of special requests, which I really appreciated. Location was another big plus—quiet neighborhood with easy access to public transport, good coffee spots, and a few great restaurants within walking distance. I felt safe and well taken care of throughout my stay. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-managed place with an outstanding host. I would gladly stay here again on my next trip!
