The Banjaran Hotsprings Retreat is een rustoord in de kalkstenen heuvels van Ipoh. Er is een wellnessgebied met geothermische warmwaterbronnen en een natuurlijk verwarmd zwembad. Alles overtrof de verwachtingen. De service is uitstekend en de locatie is prachtig. De omgeving is heel mooi en bijzonder, midden in de jungle en tussen de bergen. De villa werd 2 keer per dag schoongemaakt en aangevuld met alles wat je nodig hebt. Wij hadden een diner in Jeff’s Cellar bijgeboekt en dit was heerlijk, zeker een aanrader.

Het Anjungan Beach Resort ligt op het eiland Pangkor, recht tegenover het Nipah Bay-strand. De accommodatie combineert een tropische inrichting in hedendaagse stijl met maritieme invloeden. It is our 4th visit to Anjungan hotel. In our opinion , it is the best place in Pangkor to stay. Excellent service, comfortable room, good breakfast and friendly environment. Special thank you goes to TinoS, who helped us with bus tickets. We enjoyed our staying in Anjungan.

Cinta Abadi Resort is gelegen in Bidur en biedt een tuin. Er is een buitenzwembad dat het hele jaar door open is en je kunt er gebruik van maken gratis WiFi en gratis privéparkeren. Staff are so friendly and helpful.

Meru Suites at Meru Valley Resort ligt in Ipoh in de regio Perak, op 7 km van het winkelcentrum Ipoh Parade, en beschikt over een buitenzwembad met uitzicht op weelderig groen. On arrival the reception staff were very helpful and friendly, the suite was clean and comfortable and had a view overlooking the golf course and pool area. It had lovely modern decor, a good fridge and kettle. The cafe where we bought breakfast (croissants and coffee) was good and we were able to sit outside on the terrace. We also ate both nights in the restaurant which was busy as it was Chinese New Year, but the meals we had were good and the staff worked hard and were helpful and friendly. It was a last minute booking as we initially had booked 4 nights in Cameron Highlands but then realising there wasn't enough to do there, so Ipoh looked to be the next best place to stay on our way to Georgetown. We were very pleased with everything and we took a taxi into Ipoh to see all the street art which was amazing. A good choice for a 2 night stay.

Alva Boutique Chalet Pangkor is gelegen in Pangkor, in de regio Perak, op 3 minuten lopen van Teluk Nipah Beach. De accommodatie biedt roomservice en gratis WiFi in de hele accommodatie. All is good! We would recommended Sharin the customer service was so good and he really been polite, friendly and helpful! Especially we been there in a season of rain, flooded also landslide!
