Great hotel, beautiful location, everything easily accessible by taxi or car: restaurants, shops, malls, mosque, taxi. Very nice hotel with spacious, beautiful-looking, luxurious rooms, large bed. Receptionist Miss Fai and crew was incredibly helpful and explained everything well. Miss Salma and Fatimah is also very informative about various matters. We booked a spa, definitely recommend booking with Maya and Mario. Great massages. Housekeeping took good care of us and showed us hospitality. Clean bathrooms, and all cleaners do their utmost to clean the rooms every day. Beautiful view of the Red Sea, beach with luxurious beach beds, and a lovely large pool. We were well cared for by Abu Fahad and his crew. The entire team did their best to give us an unforgettable holiday. As a surprise, we received a delicious tiramisu with a farewell message, which was certainly heartwarming. We will definitely return here.

The property is a quiet little oasis settled between palm trees and interesting shaped rocks. Sergio and his team took extra efforts to ensure our stay and time in AlUla was comfortable and being taken care of. We were thankful for the hospitality. The room is of good size, well-decorated, new and clean with lots of privacy. Breakfast was typical Arabia fare and is of good portion and fresh. We enjoyed our stay here. The location is discreet but driving is only within 15-20 minutes to all the sightseeing spots in AlUla - so it is in the center but away from the crowd and have a lot of privacy. The team is always available to provide help even we arrived at 3 in the morning.

Several lovely seating areas and Arabic style cushioned seating. Variety of animals to visit, Lots of fish in the pond ( like a mini zoo). Very friendly owner and very generous providing us with eggs each morning and boxes of fresh dates from the date trees.
