What truly made the difference for us was how the staff handled an unexpected serious medical emergency. Their love and care went far beyond what one might expect. We stayed in the hotel for 5 days and its was one of most comfortable hotels we have ever been to. Very clean and staff were very friendly and helpful . Perfect location 2 minutes away from Yalikavak Marina , beautiful sceneries . The hotel restaurant also (Cliff) serves delicious food We have also tried the SPA it was also very good, the message was satisfying. We will diffenetly go back to the hotel again.

The hotel exceeded our expectations in every aspect. We often go to all-inclusive hotels on the Mediterranean and this hotel was definitely the best in terms of: - Food! Great variety, quality and presentation. We even liked it more than in similar hotels in Spain, Italy or Greece - Entertainment! Great for children and adults! Amazing water sports facility- my husband did catamaran sailing, windsurfing and water-ski. Kids enjoy daily banana boat rides and canoe. Everything included! Nice sports, mini-club and evening entertainment programs - Staff! A big thank you to the whole team! Everyone was very friendly and helpful. - Territory. Surrounded by mountains, amazing beach, lots of nice trees and flowers. Even an own zoo - Rooms. Family rooms are great (but you need to walk uphill). Excellent cleaning. Lots of little touches

Set in a secluded bay, on a hill, in Sarigerme, TUI BLUE Seno has a private beach area with free sun loungers and parasols. Pavilions are also available at a surcharge. From the initial welcome (especially Elif Hanım's smiling face), to the staff at the main restaurant (Evliya, one of the restaurant chef, and Ayse Hanım's waitress), and the pool bar staff, Arzu and Eren, they made it clear that they loved their jobs and were there to please the guests. Everything from A to Z was perfect. We hope to continue this high-quality service!
