Unbeatable value for such a clean, modern and comfortable apartment. Have booked many apartments in Melbourne while there for work and this is the only place that made me feel like I was home. Strong WiFi, convenient location next to shopping centre, plenty of rubbish bags and toilet paper! It's the little things that matter, well done.

Beautiful and interesting old building, restored to perfection. Couldn't stop wandering around and admiring it. Staff attentive and professional. Food was beautiful too. Will definitely go back.

Beds were okay, staff were nice to speak to. Lovely location, just right outside of the pancake kitchen and on the same street as Hindley. It's a really good location.

There wasn't anything that said I needed to pay a deposit, but I also didn't know it was going to be $250 after I spent ~$300 on the room. Staff were nice enough to cut it down by $100 after me not realising.

Cabin was spacious and had all we needed for a night away. Certainly no palace, but quiet, accessible and had everything we needed. The bed was super comfortable!

We weren’t told we had to request amenities. So there weren’t any in the room when we arrived. Constant train rumble. No tissues in main room. Only one mirror none in the main room. House keeping forgot to leave towels after cleaning.

The room was tired and needing a fresh paint job and an upgrade of furniture. Lighting was harsh. Whole lounge space on one switch. Biggest issue that we had was the whole space was cold and the internal heating, although at maximum, did not heat the room past ~15º.

The bathroom had black mould on the ceiling walls and parts of the floor. The bedding was dirty some spots of blood on the main bed. The drinking glass and cutlery were dirty looks re used unwashed.
